In constructing an outer wall using such an outer wall material 9 for construction, in the case of the former siding, it is adjacent to the other side edge of the siding fixed at one side edge. Overlap the side edges of the fixed siding,
When the overlapped portion is the mountain portion 9a,
As shown in (a), the work of fixing with hook bolts, and when the overlapped portion is the valley portion 9c, with tapping screws as shown in (b) of FIG. In order to construct the outer wall with this siding, fixing bolts and screws are passed through both side edges of the siding and fixed. Therefore, by increasing the number of fixing bolts and screws, negative pressure due to wind, that is, from the inside to the outside. It has the advantage of being able to increase the strength against the force acting on it, but since the heads of the fixing bolts and screws are exposed to the surface that is directly exposed to rainwater and direct sunlight, there is a problem with durability as well. There is a drawback that the aesthetic feeling given to the person is impaired and the design effect is inferior. In particular, since the fixing bolts and the heads of the screws are exposed, rust and discoloration are likely to occur, and the above-mentioned defects are more prominent due to this rust and discoloration. there were. In addition, rainwater easily enters the indoor side from the overlapping parts on both sides of the adjacent siding due to the capillary phenomenon.
It also had the drawback of poor leak resistance.

In order to form the outer wall by the latter spandrel, the engaging piece receiver of the spandrel whose side edge is fixed is formed with one engaging piece receiver 9c formed in a concave shape.
After inserting the engaging piece 9d of one plate formed on the side edge of the spandrel to be fixed adjacent to 9c, the engaging piece receiver 9c formed in a concave shape on the side opposite to the engaging piece 9d is inserted. The operation of fixing the formed side edges with tapping screws is repeated sequentially in the lateral direction. To form the outer wall with this spandrel, the engaging piece receivers 9c formed on the side edges of the adjacent spandrel are fixed with tapping screws or the like, and the fixed engaging piece receivers 9c are formed on the side edges of the next spandrel. Since it can be fixed by a simple operation of inserting the engaged piece 9d, it can be installed in a short time and the head of the tapping screw is not exposed on the surface of the outer wall, so the design effect is sufficient. However, if the back side of the spandrel is not filled with a heat insulating material such as foamed resin to enhance the heat insulating effect, negative pressure due to wind, that is, if a force acts from the indoor side to the outer surface side, the spandrel There was a fatal drawback in that the engaging piece 9d, which was bent and was simply inserted into the engaging piece receiver 9c, could easily come off from the engaging piece receiver 9c.

That is, although the spandrel may be filled with a heat insulating material on its back side, the spandrel used to construct the wall surface of a factory is usually formed by bending a single metal plate. It has a simple structure that is only provided, and as shown in FIG. 11, only one flat edge, which is the engaging piece 9d, is inserted into the engaging piece receiver 9c. When a force acts from the inner side to the outer surface side, the center portion between the engaging piece receiver 9c and the engaging piece 9d is easily deformed so as to bulge outward, so that the engaging piece 9d easily comes off from the engaging piece receiver 9c. There was a drawback that it would end up. Further, when the force from the indoor side to the outer surface side is repeatedly applied by the wind or the like, the engaging piece 9d pulsates in the engaging piece receiver 9c to perform the function of a pump, and rainwater is more indoors than the engaging part. There was also a drawback that it leaked into the water and the leak resistance was poor.

In constructing an outer wall using such an outer wall material 9 for construction, in the case of the former siding, it is adjacent to the other side edge of the siding fixed at one side edge. Overlap the side edges of the fixed siding,
If the overlapped portion is the mountain portion 9a, the case shown in FIG.
The operation of fixing with hook bolts as shown in (a) and the fixing with tapping screws as shown in (b) of FIG. 10 in the case where the overlapped portion is the valley portion 9b are sequentially repeated sideways. In order to construct the outer wall with this siding, fixing bolts and screws are passed through both side edges of the siding and fixed, so by increasing the number of fixing bolts and screws, negative pressure due to wind, that is, from the inside to the outside It has the advantage of being able to increase the strength against the force acting on it, but since the heads of the fixing bolts and screws are exposed to the surface that is directly exposed to rainwater and direct sunlight, there is a problem with durability as well. There is a drawback that the aesthetic feeling given to the person is impaired and the design effect is inferior.Especially, since the fixing bolts and the heads of the screws are exposed, rust and discoloration are likely to occur, and the rust and discoloration more prominently cause the above-mentioned defects. there were. Further, there is also a drawback that rainwater easily enters the indoor side due to a capillary phenomenon from the overlapping portions on both sides of the adjacent siding, resulting in poor water leakage resistance.
