Here, a structure for injecting gas into the second molding layer 14 to make the inside hollow will be described with reference to FIG. Gas such as air or nitrogen gas is melted into the lower mold 7
A gas supply path 15 and a gas supply gate 16 for blowing the gas into the inside are provided. The gas supply gate 16 uses the leg rubber insertion holes 18 of the toilet seat leg portion 17 so that the hole is not exposed at the appearance of the toilet seat, but the number thereof may be appropriately determined. Air or nitrogen gas is injected into the molten resin 13 supplied in the molding process of FIGS. 4B and 4C. The thickness of the second molding layer 14 is as thin as possible on the back surface of the heater unit 1, and the point is to control the amount of resin and the gas pressure so that the periphery can withstand the strength required for the toilet seat. As a result, since uneven thickness molding is possible, the back surface of the toilet seat can be expanded and a volume feeling can be imparted.

Then, the remaining resin portion 20 corresponding to the central hole portion of the toilet seat is cut at a position indicated by a chain double-dashed line C in the post-processing. Although the cutting direction is the vertical direction for convenience, it may be cut appropriately. At this time, the base material 3 of the heater unit 1 is a sheet or film made of the same material as the molding layers 14 and 19, and therefore is compatible with the molding layers 14 and 19, so that the cut surface 21 of the cutting seat trace of the toilet seat 35 is formed. The streaks of the base material 3 do not remain. Further, since no seam is formed between the molding layers 14 and 19, no urine or sewage enters. The toilet seat 35 has a planar horseshoe-shaped or O-shaped cavity 22 communicating with the inside through the leg rubber insertion hole 18. During heating, the cavity 22 prevents heat from being dissipated to the back surface of the toilet seat due to the air insulation function, and the heat efficiency to the front surface is improved so that electricity is not wasted. Finally, the leg rubber insertion hole 1
Since the leg rubber 49 is watertightly fixed to the No. 8 with an adhesive (not shown), it is possible to prevent urine and sewage from entering the inside of the toilet seat, which does not cause a bad odor.
