Abstract

PURPOSE:To shorten the period of construction, and to reduce the cost of construction by simultaneously fixing a spacer as a backing material made of a rubber and a plastic material and a face material and executing and assembling double assembly type floor structure. CONSTITUTION:A spacer 3 as a backing material is installed onto the floor body 2 of a building structure, and face materials 4 are fitted and mounted onto the spacer 3. The spacer 3 is set up in a slender shape by a rubber and a plastic material at that time, and a projecting section 6 is formed on a top face and a space section to an underside respectively, thus allowing wiring and piping. A general floor material such as a calcium silicate board, plywood, etc., is used as the face material 4 constituting a floor face, and a connecting section 8, in which adjacent face materials 4 are engaged and bonded mutually, is formed. The face materials 4, 4 are fixed flatly while being successively connected by the connecting sections 8, a finishing material 5 is mounted onto the top faces of the face materials as required, and the generation of stepped sections are prevented in joint sections and the face materials are carried out continuously. Accordingly, shock is absorbed and floor structure displays an effect to withstand load and pulse sound, and floor structure can be carried out easily as an assembly type.

According to the present invention, by the above-mentioned means, a spacer made of rubber or a plastic material as a base material is installed on the floor structure of the building structure, and the surface material constituting the floor surface thereon. Since a continuous floor surface can be formed by joining and fitting together, the base material and the surface material can be fixed at the same time, so the construction period can be greatly shortened and the cost can be reduced, and especially the base material is arch-shaped. By doing so, wiring and piping can be performed easily, and by using a rubber or rubber-clad plastic material as the base material, it is possible to effectively absorb impacts, which is effective against load and impact noise. It can produce an effect.

As the face material 4 constituting the floor surface, a general floor material such as calcium silicate board, gypsum pulp board, inorganic fiber mixed cement board, other calcium silicate board, plywood, etc. can be used. As shown in FIG. 5, the face member 4 is configured to be provided with a connecting portion 8 that is engaged with the adjacent face member 4 in a groove-fitting manner. That is, such a connecting portion 8 of the face material 4 is composed of a combination of a convex portion 9 and a concave portion 10 formed so as to project and mesh in a staggered manner as clearly shown in FIG. In the connecting portion 8 of 4, the convex portion 9 is provided on the one surface member 4 and the concave portion is provided on the other surface member 4, and the convex portion 9 and the concave portion 10 are fitted and connected so as to mesh with each other as illustrated. And the protrusion 6 of the spacer 3
A gap 11 into which is fitted is formed between the connecting portions 8 of the double-sided materials 4 and 4. If necessary, the finishing material 5 can be provided on such a surface material 4, or the surface material 4 having the finishing material 5 on the upper surface can be used.

As described above, according to the double-assembled floor structure of the present invention, the fixing of the spacer and the face material as the base material made of rubber or plastic material without using any nails is achieved. Since the double assembly type floor structure can be constructed and assembled at the same time, the construction period can be greatly shortened and the cost can be reduced. A stable walking feeling is obtained, and wiring and piping can be easily and freely performed with an arch-shaped base material, and the spacer of the base material is made of rubber or rubber-clad plastic material, so it absorbs shocks favorably. It is effective against load and impact noise, and because it is an assembly type, it can be easily installed by anyone without experience, and labor cost can be saved.
