Claims (1)

トと、 (c)前記吸収材の下面側に設けられる非通水性のバック
シート とからなり、 (d)前記バックシートの第１の側縁が吸収材の上面側に
折り返されており、該折り返された部位と前記トップシ
ートとが折り返した側縁の端縁からいくらか中央寄りの
部位に沿って尿吸収体の両端にいたるまで接着または融
着されており、 (e)前記折り返された側縁と隣接する第２の側縁のトッ
プシートとバックシートとが第１の側縁の端部近辺を残
して接着または融着されることにより外部への開口部が
形成されてなる尿吸収体。1.
