ケット10bに横軸芯P1周りで回動可能に支持された
係止部材としてのフック部材13の一端部を横軸芯P2
周りで回動可能に枢着してある。このフック部材13の
他端部には、係止爪13aを備えており、又、この係止
爪13aが上方側に移動するように巻きバネ14でフッ
ク部材13を弾性付勢しており、これにより、解除操作
ボタン12も外方へ突出するがわに弾性付勢される。更
