Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 ［産業上の利用分野］ 本発明は、ゴキブリの誘引剤に関し、さらに、詳しく
は、ゴキブリの摂食刺激剤に関する。
［従来の技術］ ワモンゴキブリ、クロゴキブリ、ヤマトゴキブリ等は最
もよく知られたゴキブリの種類で、日本各地に分布して
おり、家住性ゴキブリの代表種である。
従来、これに対して誘引作用を有する物質として、ゴキ
ブリの糞や中腸から抽出して得られる性フェロモンが知
られている他、数種のモノテルペノイド系化合物（特開
昭56-29502号、同56-30905号、同56-30940号、同56-796
02号、同56-79640号、同56-87536号他）やミリスチン
酸、バルミチン酸等の脂肪酸およびそのエステル類（特
公昭44-320号）ナフタリン誘導体（特開昭61-69701、同
61-72702号）等も知られている。
［発明が解決しようとする問題点］ しかしながら、性フェロモンを抽出するには多数のゴキ
ブリを必要とし、モノテルペノイド系化合物はその製造
に複雑な合成過程を必要とする。
また、性フェロモンは興奮性であるため、なかなか定着
しないばかりか雌雄が共存した場合にはその活性が著し
く低下する傾向があった［アプライドエントロジイ ア
ンド ズーオロジイ（APPl.Ent.Zool.）、第２巻、第３
号、第133頁、1972年］。
また、ミリスチン酸、バルミチン酸等の脂肪酸およびそ
のエステル類は、ゴキブリに対する誘引活性が弱い上
に、単独では定着や摂食刺激の効果はなく、デンプンや
糖類の添加を必要とした。
そのため、誘引剤の生産コストが高まるばかりでなく、
誘引剤の大型化を招き使用上不便であった。
［問題を解決するための手段］ 本発明者は、これらの従来のゴキブリ誘引剤の欠点がな
い、効果的なゴキブリの摂食刺激剤を製造すべく鋭意研
究した結果、 一般式(1) ［式中、Ｒ１はノルマルブチル基またはノルマルアミル
基を、Ｒ２は水酸基またはアミノ基を示す。］で表わさ
れる化合物は単独でもゴキブリの雄に対して特異的に強
い摂食刺激作用を示し、定着性もよいばかりでなく、雌
雄が共存しても活性が低下しないことを見出して本発明
を完成した。
すなわち本発明は、一般式(1)で表わされる化合物の１
種または２種以上を有効成分とすることを特徴とするゴ
キブリの摂食刺激剤である。
本発明の摂食刺激剤は次のようにして製造することがで
きる。
すなわち、一般式(1)で表わされる化合物の１種または
２種以上を適当な溶媒（例えば、アセトン，メタノー
ル，エタノール，テトラヒドロフラン，エチレングリコ
ール，ジェチレングリコール，ジメチルホルムアミドな
どの親水性有機溶媒；ベンゼン，クロロホルム，エーテ
ル，メチレンクロライド，ｎ−ヘキサンなどの親油性有
機溶媒など）に溶解させ、これを濾紙、厚紙、不織布、
綿布、フランネルなどの適当な担体に含浸させ、乾燥さ
せて摂食刺激剤を製造することができる。
その他、一般式(1)で表わされる化合物に必要に応じ、
ピレスロイドなどの殺虫成分を配合して、乳化剤、分散
剤、懸濁剤、湿潤剤、展着剤、賦形剤、安定剤などを添
加し、油剤、乳剤、水和剤、粉剤、顆粒剤、丸剤、錠
剤、噴霧剤、などの形態をとる摂食刺激剤を製造するこ
とができる。
［発明の効果］ 本発明の摂食刺激剤はゴキブリに対して、優れた摂食刺
激効果を示し、ゴキブリの駆除に著しく効果がある。
本発明の摂食刺激剤の主成分である一般式(1)で表わさ
れる化合物は単独でもゴキブリに対し効果を示すととも
に、摂食効果により定着性もよい。また、製造に際して
は、デンプン，糖類などを添加しなくとも殺虫成分を体
内に取り入れるので本発明の摂食刺激剤は生産コストが
低く、剤型も大型化することなく製造できる。
［実施例］ 以下、実施例および試験例を挙げて本発明を具体的に説
明する。
実施例１ ｐ−ｎ−アミルフェノール2.0ｇを約200mlのｎ−ヘキサ
ンに加え、撹拌器によって約10分間十分に撹拌して溶解
させた。この溶液を分注機により、巾20cm長さ50m、厚
さ0.1cmの不織布に10mlを均一に含浸させた後、ｎ−ヘ
キサンが揮散するまでよく風乾させた。
この含浸布を切断機により巾0.5cm、長さ20cmに切断
し、テープを製造した。
このテープは容器状ゴキブリ捕獲器の粘着板中央に載置
して使用することができる。
実施例２ ｐ−ｎ−ブチルアニリンを始めとする一般式(1)の化合
物についても同様に処理してテープを製造した。
実施例３ ｐ−ｎ−ブチルアニリン２ｇ、白色ワセリン22ｇ、ペル
メトリン76ｇを混合し、これを巾５cm、長さ200mのポリ
エチレンテープに塗布した。これを長さ20cmに切断し、
殺虫テープを製造した。
実施例４ ｐ−ｎ−アミルフエノール４ｇを約200mlのアセトンに
加えて、良く振盪して溶解した。ホールピペツトを用い
てこの溶液の約0.1mlを直径３cmの円形濾紙（東洋濾紙
Ｎｏ．２）に含浸させた後、アセトンが揮散するまでよ
く風乾させた。
上部内側にワセリンををうすく巾５cmに塗ったガラス円
筒（直径13cm、高さ18cm）の中にこの含浸濾紙１枚を入
れ、簡易ゴキブリトラップを製造した。
実施例５ Ｐ−ｎ−アミルフエノール３ｇとｐ−ｎ−ブチルフェノ
ール５ｇとを約400mlのアセトンに加えて、良く振盪し
て溶解した。ホールピペットを用いてこの溶液の約0.1m
lを直径３cmの円形濾紙（東洋濾紙Ｎｏ．２）に含浸さ
せた後、アセトンが揮散するまでよく風乾させた。
上部内側にワセリンをうすく巾５cmに塗ったガラス円筒
（直径13cm、高さ18cm）の中にこの含浸濾紙１枚を入
れ、簡易ゴキブリトラップを製造した。
実施例６ ｎ−ブチルアニリンを始めとする一般式(1)の化合物に
ついても同様に処理してテープを製造した。
試験例１ 供試虫として、各々ワモンゴキブリ、クロゴキブリ、ヤ
マトゴキブリの羽化後約１ケ月経過した雌雄（１：１）
成虫１００匹を一群として用意し、表１の化合物を検体
として用いた。直径11cmの濾紙（東洋濾紙Ｎｏ．２）上
に等間隔に3.5cm2の円を２個設け、各円にそれぞれ検体
の中の１種のみ1000μgを含む液、アセトン20μlを塗布
し、これを十分に風乾して溶媒を揮散させてテスト紙を
調製した。
別個のケージ（35×30×18cmのポリカーボネート透明容
器）にそれぞれの供試虫を１群ずついれ、室温25℃、日
長12Ｌ−12Ｄ（12時間明期−12時間暗期）の条件に慣ら
した後、そこにそれぞれ別個のテスト紙をいれた。24時
間経過後にテスト紙を回収して、その誘引状態を調べ
た。
検体はクロゴキブリ、ヤマトゴキブリに対しても誘引作
用を示すが、特にワモンゴキブリに対して強い誘引作用
を示した。
その結果を表１に示す。
試験例２ 試験例１においてワモンゴキブリに対する作用がすべて
の検体において著しく激しい食痕（＋＋＋）を示したの
で、ワモンゴキブリ成虫１００匹（雄、雌各５０匹）を
供試虫として、試験例１において、濾紙への各検体の塗
布量を２５０μgとした以外は試験例１と同様にして、
２４時間後濾紙を回収して食痕の程度を調べた。
結果を表２に示す。
試験例３ 床面積、約６畳の部屋に、試験実施１週間前より、羽化
後約１ケ月経過したワモンゴキブリ雄成虫60頭を放ち、
十分に餌と水を与えておいた。
実開昭54-142679号記載のゴキブリ捕獲器の粘着面中央
に、ｐ−ｎ−ブチルフェノールを3.5cm2の円形濾紙に80
μg含浸させたものを置いたトラップＡ、同じく特開昭6
1-72702号記載の物質ａｒ−α−テトロールを2000μg含
浸させたものを置いたトラップＢ、粘着面に何も置かな
いトラップＣを各々２個、部屋の中心から１ｍの円上に
置き、24時間経過後に各トラップのゴキブリ捕獲数を調
べた。
その結果を表３に示す。

  1. 【請求項１】一般式 ［式中、Ｒ１はノルマルブチル基またはノルマルアミル
    基を、Ｒ２は水酸基またはアミノ基を示す。］で示され
    る化合物の１種または２種以上を有効成分とすることを
    特徴とするゴキブリの摂食刺激剤。
