に設ける。これら転がり止め部材４を起立方向に付勢す
るばね部材７を設ける。ロール状物品Ｗを載せると、一
対の転がり止め部材４がロール径に応じた角度まで開
き、それ以上の角度に開くことが、ばね部材７の付勢に
よって止められる。そのためロール状物品Ｗが常にパレ
ット中心に位置決めして転がり止めされる。
