【考案の詳細な説明】

【産業上の利用分野】
本考案は、スプーン付き試験管型採便容器の改良に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来の採便容器は図３に示すように、スプーン２の頭の部分４の先端が側壁に 当接もしくは近接していた。このために検体（便）を取り出す際には広い死角部 分ができ取り出し切れなくなってしまう量が多かった。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
本考案は、取り出し切れなくなってしまう量を少なくする工夫を施した新規の 採便容器を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するために本考案に係わる採便容器は、キャップ１の内側に取 出し用スプーン２を備えた試験管型採便容器において、柄部分３の中間をくの字 に曲げ且つ長くすることによって頭の部分４の先端を容器本体５の底の内面の中 央点に当接もしくは近接させたものである。

【作用】
図２および図３を比較することによっても明らかであるように、検体（便）を 取り出す際には、本考案に係わる採便容器の方が上記従来例の採便容器に比べて 極端に狭い死角部分ができるだけであることが判る。

【考案の効果】
本考案に係わる採便容器は上記のように、キャップ１の内側に取出し用スプー ン２を備えた試験管型採便容器において、柄部分３の中間をくの字に曲げ且つ長 くすることによって頭の部分４の先端を容器本体５の底の内面の中央点に当接も しくは近接させたので、狭い死角部分ができるに過ぎなく、取り出し切れなくな ってしまう量を少なくすることができる。

【実施例】
図に示す実施例は、ポリエチレンテレフタレートを以て構成した容器本体５に ポリエチレンテレフタレートを以て構成したネジ式キャップ１を取付けると共に キャップ１の内側にポリエチレンテレフタレートを以て構成した取出し用スプー ン２を止着し、このスプーンの柄部分３の中間をくの字に曲げ且つ長くすること によって頭の部分４の先端を容器本体５の底の内面の中央点に当接させたもので ある。

  1. 【請求項１】 キャップ１の内側に取出し用スプーン２
    を備えた試験管型採便容器において、柄部分３の中間を
    くの字に曲げ且つ長くすることによって頭の部分４の先
    端を容器本体５の底の内面の中央点に当接もしくは近接
    させたことを特徴とする採便容器。
