Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 （産業上の利用分野） 本発明は、化粧・美容・衛生・健康の目的で使
用する化粧料と該化粧料を直ちにクリーム状の化
粧料として使用に供せる状態にする機能を持つた
容器に充填した化粧品に関するものである。
（従来の技術） クリーム、乳液等の化粧料は油溶性成分と水溶
性成分とをそれぞれの溶媒に溶かして乳化して得
られるものである。しかしながら、これら化粧料
は乳化した時に成分間の相互作用が生じ、酵素が
水と接触してその酵素活性が低下する等の品質上
好ましくない影響を被ることが知られていた。そ
れ故、乳化状態のままで化粧料を提供する場合は
ある程度、成分の分解・劣化を考慮に入れておか
なければならなかつた。従つて、このような現象
を回避するためには油溶性成分と水溶性成分を予
め分けておけば良い。ところが液状タイプの化粧
料での油溶性成分と水溶性成分との完全な成分分
離は難しく、従来は化粧料を粉末状や固形物にし
て有効成分間の化学反応を起こさない状態にする
ことによつて実現されていた程度であつた。
（発明が解決しようとする問題点） 前記従来の乳化状化粧料では油溶性成分と水溶
性成分とを特に分けていたものはなく、それ故あ
る程度の有効成分間の相互作用による成分の分
解・劣化はやむをえないものがあつた。
（問題点を解決するための手段） 本発明は従来の乳化状化粧料の油溶性成分とそ
の溶媒からなる油層と水溶性成分とその溶媒から
なる水層とが混在していた状態を油層と水層のい
ずれか一方をカプセルで包み該カプセルを他方の
層で覆つた構造を持つカプセル状化粧料を用いる
ことにより解消し、化粧料の持つ有効成分がその
相互作用による影響を受けることなく使用直前ま
で保持された状態の化粧品を提供できるようにし
た。
（実施例） 本発明の化粧料とそれを容器に充填した化粧品
に関し、その一実施例について以下詳細に説明す
る。
本発明のカプセル状化粧料９（カプセル球直径
３mm）を円筒形容器６頂部と円筒形容器６内壁を
軸長手方向に移動可能な筒体７によりできた円筒
形容器６内の空間に充填する。使用者がキヤツプ
４を押すと圧搾ノズル機構５内にカプセル状化粧
料９が吸い込まれ、カプセル２は圧搾ノズル機構
５内で圧搾された後に圧搾ノズル上端に備えたメ
ツシユで濾過されることもしくはノズル内に設け
た突起物により破砕され、カプセルに内包されて
いたビタミンまたは酵素をあるいはビタミン及び
酵素を含んだ油層１がビタミンまたは酵素をある
いはビタミン及び酵素を含んだ水層３と破砕され
たカプセル成分と一緒に混合され、結果としてク
リーム状を呈した化粧料がキヤツプ４に設けられ
た孔より送出されて使用に供せられる。この時、
円筒形容器６内に充填されたカプセル状化粧料９
は使用するたびにその量が減るわけだが、カプセ
ル状化粧料９が充填されている空間は真空状態が
保たれているので、カプセル状化粧料９量が減少
すれば円筒形容器６内壁を移動可能な筒体７が移
動して該カプセル状化粧料充填部を押し上げ、結
果としてカプセル状化粧料９の充填状態は維持さ
れることとなり圧搾ノズル機構５にカプセル粒子
を絶えず送り込めるので常時同様のクリーム状化
粧料を提供することが可能である。また、同時に
該筒体７の円筒形容器内の存在位置によりカプセ
ル状化粧料９の残量を把握することをもできる。
ここに、該カプセル状化粧料各部位の構成成分
の一例を示す。
〇 油層 ・ トリイソパルミチン酸グリセライド
（主成分） ・ トリイソステアリン酸グリセライド
（主成分） ・ β−カロチン （有効成分・不安定成分） ・ 卵黄油 （有効成分・不安定成分） 〇 カプセル ・ 寒天 （主成分） 〇 水層 ・ 水 （主成分） ・ ヒアルロン酸ナトリウム （主成分） ・ ウラリン酸デカグリセリン （乳化剤） （効果） 以上の説明から、本発明においては次なる効果
が得られる。以下、列記する。
(1) 油溶性成分とその溶媒からなる油層と水溶性
成分と水を含む溶媒からなる水層とがカプセル
により仕切られるので油溶性成分と水溶性成分
との接触が完全に遮断され成分間の相互作用に
よる化粧料の成分の劣化・分解を抑えることが
できる。
(2) カプセルが圧搾ノズル機構で破砕されてカプ
セルにより仕切られていた油層成分と水層成分
が使用直前に混合されて送出されるので両層に
含まれる有効成分が維持された乳化状化粧料を
常時提供できる。
(3) 保湿効果が認められている寒天でカプセルを
作つているので該カプセルが圧搾ノズル機構で
破砕されてキヤツプの孔より送出されることに
より保湿成分をも含んだ化粧料を提供できる。
(4) 寒天でカプセルを作つているので他の素材
（例えばゼラチン）でカプセルを作つた場合と
比較してカプセル殻が破砕しやすく、カプセル
殻もほとんど残らず、またカプセル殻自体が化
粧料の一成分として有効に使用できる。
(5) 化粧品に透明もしくは透過性の材質からなる
容器を用いれば外から内部に充填されているカ
プセル粒子を見ることができ、そのカプセル粒
子の色彩・輝きにより視覚的にも魅力をそそる
効果が得られる。
(6) 化粧品に透明もしくは透過性の材質からなる
容器を用いれば外から内部に充填されているカ
プセル状化粧料の残量を一目にして把握するこ
とができる。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １ 開口した底部を有し、かつ頂部に接続部を備
    えた容器本体、 内容物吸い出し用ノズルを備えた該接続部に連
    結される圧搾ノズル機構、 圧搾・混合された化粧料を送出する孔を備えた
    該圧搾ノズル機構に連結されるキヤツプ、 該容器本体内壁の軸長手方向に沿つて移動可能
    な筒体、および 該筒体によつて創出された容器本体内部の閉空
    間内に充填された、油溶性成分とその溶媒を含む
    油層を包含したカプセルおよび該油層を包含した
    カプセルを覆う水溶性成分とその溶媒を含む水層
    をからなる化粧料、あるいは水溶性成分とその溶
    媒を含む水層を包含したカプセルおよび該水層を
    包含したカプセルを覆う油溶性成分とその溶媒を
    含む油層からなる化粧料、 から構成されることを特徴とするカプセル状化粧
    料を充填収容した化粧品。
