Abstract

PURPOSE:To enhance the efficiency of molding work by providing a base plate prescribing one end part of a cylindrical concrete molded product, the outer form attached to the base plate, the inner form movable in the axial direction of the outer form and a conduit supplying a pressure fluid to hermetically closed space. CONSTITUTION:A form device 14 is formed of a base plate 18, the outer form 20 arranged on the base plate 18, the inner form 22 surrounded by the outer form 20 and a conduit 24 of a pressure fluid. A molded product 96 is obtained, for example, by subjecting the concrete charged in the space between the outer and inner forms 20, 22 of the assembled form device 14 to steam ageing and subsequently demolding the aged one. A pair of projections 101 and a pair of sockets 103 setting the inner and outer forms 22, 20 to a predetermined position at the time of assembling and the fixing bolts 104 and cap nuts 106 having a lid plate 114 preventing the leakage of the pressure fluid arranged thereto are provided. When the pressure fluid is supplied to the hermetically closed space 98 from the conduit 24 prior to demolding, the pressure fluid exerts pressure on the bottom plate part 102a or true inner form 22 and, as a result, the inner form rises along the molded product 96 to prevent adhesion.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 51-16754,
Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 59-110605 discloses a formwork apparatus for producing a hollow concrete molded product having a bottom. This formwork device includes an inner formwork that defines an inner surface of the concrete molded product, and an outer formwork that defines an outer surface of a side portion of the concrete molded product and that surrounds the inner formwork. The concrete molded product formed in between is demolded by introducing pressurized air between the inner formwork and the bottom of the concrete molded product to break the adhesion between the two.
