Description
本発明は印版、スタンプ等の版が容易に製造で
きる製版用感光性樹脂版材に関する。
従来製版用の感光性樹脂にはフイルム状のもの
や液状のものがあり、液状の感光性樹脂を使用し
て製版するさいには、一般には大がかりな装置が
必要であるが、手作業で作る場合にはガラスその
他の透明性なシートまたはフイルムの上にネガフ
イルム等の物体または原図等とは明暗相反する画
像をのせ、その上に透明な保護フイルムを存して
感光性樹脂を注ぎ、ベースフイルムをかぶせ、そ
の上に透明ガラス板を介在させる等して、紫外線
ランプ等を用いて露光し、水、アルカリ水その他
の溶剤を用いて非露光部の未硬化樹脂を洗い出
し、乾燥後更に後露光して所要の樹脂版を得てい
る。然し上記の操作においては感光性樹脂中に気
泡が入つたり、樹脂の注入量に過不足が生じた
り、樹脂を枠体内に注入すると共にその上下両面
に透明フイルムを挿入する面倒な操作を要したり
するなど多くの手数と熟練を要する。
本発明は感光性樹脂を透明性な器壁を有する扁
平な容器内にその所要量を封入したもので、樹脂
中に気泡が入つたり、注入量に過不足を生じたり
する心配がなく、手数や熟練を要せず、製版が簡
易にできる。
本発明を実施例について説明すると、感光性樹
脂を収容する扁平な容器1はネガフイルム等の画
像に接する器壁2は、その画像に接する外側面
が、これに対し剥離性を有すると共に、その内側
面が封入される感光性樹脂及び露光後の該樹脂に
対して剥離性を有する透明性、柔軟性のある合成
樹脂等の皮膜で形成され、これに対向する器壁3
は容器内に封入される感光性樹脂(露光後)に対
して接着性を有する透明性、柔軟性な合成樹脂等
の皮膜で形成される。上記の器壁3を形成する皮
膜が上記の感光性樹脂と接着しないと、非露光部
分の樹脂の洗い出し作業等のさい剥がれ易くな
り、不安定で作業が著しく困難になる場合があ
る。又器壁を構成する上記皮膜は良好なヒートシ
ール性を有するものが好ましい。
上記の容器壁2を構成する皮膜には、例えばポ
リエチレン、ポリプロピレン等のポリオレフイン
その他の同効のフイルムがあり、器壁3を構成す
る皮膜には、例えば塩素化ポリエチレン、塩素化
ポリプロピレン、クロロスルホン化ポリエチレ
ン、クロロスルホン化ポリプロピレン等のほか、
少なくとも上記感光樹脂との接触面に塩素化若し
くはクロロスルホン化ポリエチレン又はポリプロ
ピレン等を塗布する等して表面処理された合成樹
脂フイルムが使用できる。これら両皮膜は収容さ
れる樹脂量に応当して所要大に形成し、両皮膜を
重ね合わせ開口部を残して縁部をヒートシール等
して容器1を形成し、これに版作成に必要な一定
量の感光性樹脂4を気泡を含まないようにすると
共に器壁と樹脂との間に空気圏を残さないよう減
圧充填装置等を用いて入れ、開口縁部を溶着等し
て密封し感光性樹脂版材5が得られる。6は周縁
の溶着部である。
容器内に封入される感光性樹脂には例えば本発
明者等が発明した非露光部の未硬化樹脂が水等に
エマルジヨン化して溶解し露光部の硬化樹脂との
界面が白濁化し、未硬化樹脂の洗い出しの終結点
の判定をし易くしたものがある。この感光性樹脂
は末端若しくは側鎖に少くとも1個のアクリロイ
ル基CH2=CHCO−またはメタアクリロイル基
CH2=C(CH3)CO−を有する水溶性プレポリマ
ーとビニルエステル系、アクリル系等の非水溶性
プレポリマー又は/及び前記の非水溶性モノマー
から選ばれる非水溶性物質と光増感剤のそれぞれ
適量を配合したものである。この場合上記の水溶
性プレポリマーと非水溶性物質と光増感剤を配合
し均一に混合して得られる樹脂は、該樹脂に露光
した後水等で洗い出すさい非露光部の樹脂がエマ
ルジヨン化して溶解し、露光部の樹脂との界面に
おいて白化するように配合されている。一般的に
上記の配合割合は、水溶性プレポリマー100部
(重量部、以下同様)に対し、非水溶性物質5〜
15部、光増感剤0.1〜40部、好ましくは水溶性プ
レポリマー100部に対し、非水溶性物質5〜100
部、光増感剤0.5〜30部である。
上記組成物には、必要に応じてジアセトンアク
リルアミド、N−ビニル−αピロリドン、αヒド
ロキシエチルメタアクリレート、αヒドロキシエ
チルアクリレート、アクリルアミド、イソブチル
ビニルエーテル、ジメチルアミノエチルメタアク
リレート、メトキシポリエチレングリコールメタ
クリレート等から選ばれる少なくとも1種の水溶
性モノマーの所定量を稀釈等の目的で配合し、組
成された樹脂の粘度を適度に調整して取扱い易く
すると共に、露光後の洗い出し処理における硬化
樹脂との界面の白濁度の調節と形成される版の物
性の調整ができる。
上記のアクリロイル基若しくはメタアクリロイ
ル基を有する水溶性プレポリマーはポリエチレン
オキシド、ポリエチレングリコール、ポリアクリ
ル酸ソーダ、ポリアクリル酸、ポリビニルアルコ
ール、メチルセルロース、エチルセルロース、ヒ
ドロキシエチルセルロース、カルボキシメチルセ
ルロース、カルボキシメチル殿粉、ポリアクリル
アミド、ポリビニルピロリドン、ポリアミン、水
溶性のポリエステル、水溶性のポリエポキシ、ビ
スコース、ゼラチン、コラーゲン等のカルボキシ
ル基−COOH、水酸基−OH、その他の官能基を
有する水溶性(プレ)ポリマーの末端若しくは側
鎖に少なくとも1個のアクリロイル基またはメタ
アクリロイル基を有するものであり、上記のカル
ボキシル基、水酸基その他の官能基を有する水溶
性(プレ)ポリマーを使用し、これにグリシジル
アクリレート、アクリル酸、グリシジルメタアク
リレート、メタクリル酸等のアクリロイル基若し
くはメタアクリロイル基を有する化合物の所要量
を加え、触媒の存在のもと所定の処理条件で反応
させて得られる。
上記ビニルエステル系、アクリル系の非水溶性
プレポリマーには、例えば、ポリエステルアクリ
レート、エポキシアクリレート、ポリウレタンア
クリレート、ポリエーテルアクリレート、オリゴ
アクリレート、アルキツドアクリレート、ポリオ
ールアクリレート、ビニルエステル、等がある。
また非水溶性モノマーには、例えばトリメチロ
ールプロパントリアクリレート、トリメチロール
プロパントリメタアクリレート、トリメチロール
エタントリメタアクリレート、テトラメチロール
メタントリアクリレート、テトラメチロールメタ
ンテトラアクリレート、テトラエチレングリコー
ルジアクリレート、トリエチレングリコールジア
クリレート、ポリエチレングリコールジアクリレ
ート、1,6−ヘキサンジオールジアクリレー
ト、ネオペンチルグリコールジアクリレート、
α,α′ビス(4−アクリロキシジエトキシフエニ
ル)プロパン、トリプロピレングリコールジアク
リレート、エチレングリコールジメタアクリレー
ト、モノ(2−アクリロイロキシエチル)アシツ
ドフオスフエート、モノ(2−メタクリロイロキ
シエチル)アシツドホスフエート、エチルメタク
リレート、ノルマルブチルメタクリレート、イソ
ブチルメタクリレート、2−エチルヘキシルメタ
クリレート、イソデシルメタクリレート、ステア
リルメタクリレート、ラウリルメタクリレート、
2−ヒドロキシプロピルメタクリレート、2−ヒ
ドロキシエチルアクリレート、エチルカルビトー
ルアクリレート、メチルトリグリコールアクリレ
ート、ブトキシエチルアクリレート、テトラヒド
ロフルフリルアクリレート、ベンジルアクリレー
ト、等がある。
また、上記の水溶性プレポリマーと非水溶性物
質に配合される光増感剤には、つぎの如きものが
適宜選択して使用できる。p−イソプロピル−α
−ヒドロキシイソブチルフエノン、α−ヒドロキ
シイソブチルフエノン、2,2−ジメトキシ−2
−フエニルアセトフエノン、1−ヒドロキシシク
ロヘキシルフエニルケトン、ベンゾインイソブチ
ルエーテル、ベンゾインイソプロピルエーテル、
p−tert−ブチルトリクロロアセトフエノン、p
−tert−ブチルジクロロアセトフエノン、n−ブ
チル又はイソブチルベンゾインエーテル、1−フ
エニル−1,2−プロパンジオン−2−(O−エ
トキシカルボニル)オキシム、2−クロロチオキ
サントン、2−メチルチオキサントン、ジベンゾ
スベロン、α,α−ジクロル−4−フエノキシア
セトフエノン、2−エチルアンスラキノン、ベン
ジル、ベンゾインエチルエーテル、CTX、
RTX、MBP、DMBI。
上記の感光性樹脂を構成する水溶性プレポリマ
ー、非水溶性プレポリマー若しくは非水溶性モノ
マー、光増感剤、水溶性モノマーの配合例と各配
合例の感光性樹脂を使用して製版したさいの水洗
い性(露光部と非露光部の界面の白濁度の程度)、
得られた凸版の安定性(非露光部の樹脂を洗い出
した後に残る凸版型の形状及びその保持性)及び
作業性(流水による非露光部樹脂の洗い出しの難
易)を表示すると次表のとおりである。

上記以外の感光性樹脂としては、例えばAPR
樹脂の商品名で市販されている液状感光性樹脂そ
の他の液状感光性樹脂が同様に使用できる。又シ
ート状等の固状感光性樹脂も同様に使用できる。
この容器内に封入した感光性樹脂を使用して版
例えば凸板を製造する方法の一例を次に示す。適
当な大きさのガラス板11を台上に置き、このガ
ラス板11上に正像になるようにネガフイルム1
2を載せ、その上に器壁2をネガフイルムに対接
させて感光正樹脂版材5を置き、この感光性樹脂
版材の上には該版材内の感光性樹脂4が一様な厚
みを保つて偏在しないようにガラス板13を載せ
一様に拡げる。この場合ガラス板13とガラス板
11との間の周縁部若しくは何れか一方の対向縁
部には形成される版の厚みにほぼ応当するスペー
サー14を挿入するとよい。ついで上下両側のガ
ラス板11,13の縁部をクリツプ15等で挾ん
で固定し(第3図)、これを露光器20にかけ露
光する(第4図)。以下従来法と同様に露光は先
づガラス板13側から短時間、ついでガラス板1
1側から比較的長時間行なう。露光時間は樹脂層
の厚み約1mm(樹脂層の縦横寸法は約5cm×7.5
cm)に対し、6Wの誘蛾灯2本を有する露光器を
使用するさい、ガラス板13側から約10〜13秒、
ガラス板11側から約180秒の露光でよい場合が
多い。露光が終了したら両面のガラス板を取り除
き、版材5を取り上げ、その周縁部6を切り取り
(第5図)、器壁2を樹脂面から剥がし、露光した
感光性樹脂が接着している器壁3の一端を指先で
把持し、例えば、配合例を表示した感光性樹脂の
場合は、蛇口から流出する水道水17を樹脂に注
ぎ、未露光部分の樹脂を洗い流がす(第6図)。
露光して硬化した樹脂部分8は凸面となつて残
り、界面18が白濁化したら水洗は中止し、水切
りをする(第7図)。この白濁した界面は温風等
を用いて乾燥すれば透明になる。乾燥後器壁3側
を下にして、例えばガラス板19上に裁置し露光
器20にかけ後露光して所要の樹脂版7が得られ
る(第8〜9図)。
上述の如く感光性樹脂版材を使用すれば、製版
操作は多くの手数や熟練を要せず簡易にでき、し
かも仕上りのすぐれた樹脂版が得ることができ、
その構造も簡単で、容易に製造できる。この感光
性樹脂版材と本発明者の発明した簡易複写原版用
フイルム(特願昭58−192553号、出願中)を併用
して製版すれば、所望のネガフイルムが即座にで
き、このネガフイルムに対応する版を素人でも極

By using the photosensitive resin plate material as described above, the plate making operation can be performed easily without requiring much effort or skill, and a resin plate with an excellent finish can be obtained.
Its structure is simple and can be easily manufactured. If this photosensitive resin plate material is used in conjunction with the film for simple copy masters invented by the present inventor (Japanese Patent Application No. 192553/1983, pending), a desired negative film can be instantly produced. Even an amateur can obtain a corresponding plate very easily and inexpensively.
