る。床梁受け金物6は逆L型の固定板14の縦片
15に上方に開口するコ字型の受け片16を固着
して形成されるもので、第4図に示すように固定
板14の横片17を布基礎4の上面に載置して、
横片17に形成した孔18に布基礎4に設けたア
ンカーボルト19を通してこのアンカーボルト1
9にナツト20を螺合することによつて、床梁受
け金物6を布基礎4に固定するものである。

3で補強された床梁1は全体として略逆三角形と
なつているために、第1図において明らかなよう
に、布基礎4付近においては補強材3が邪魔にな
らない大きな空間が形成されることになり、この
部分を作業者は容易にくぐつて通ることができ
て、床下における配管や配線の施工や点検を容易
におこなうことができるものである。

ネルを支持させるようにしてあるので、床梁の中
央部に荷重が加わつてもこの荷重は支持材を介し
て補強材によつて受けられることになり、床束に
よつて支える必要なく床梁によつて床パネルを支
持することができ、床束及びこの床束を支持する
束基礎や独立基礎を用いる場合のような凍上の問
題がなくなるものであり、またこのように床束を
用いる場合のような束基礎などを施工する手間が
不要になつて施工の省力化をおこなうことができ
ることになるものである。またこのように床梁を
補強材によつて補強するようにしたにもかかわら
ず、床梁は全体として略逆三角形に形成されるこ
とになつて、布基礎付近においては補強材が邪魔
にならない大きな空間が形成されることになり、
この部分をくぐつて通ることで支障なく床下にお
ける配管や配線の施工や点検をおこなうことがで
きるものである。しかも、補強材の一端を床梁の
端部に結合板を介して接続し、支持材の外側面で
布基礎の上面よりも下方において受け金具を側方
へ突出させて取付け、床梁の長さ方向の端部にお
いて上記結合板の外側面の一部に上記支持材の受
け金具と略同レベルに受け金具を側方へ突出させ
て固着し、床パネルの端部を上記布基礎よりも下
方に位置する上記受け金具の上に載置するから、
