【発明の実施の形態】
この発明の一実施例を図1ないし図10に基づいて説明する。図2はこの発明の上階床パネルの固定構造を適用した建物の一階部分を示す分解斜視図である。建物外周部における布基礎1上の複数箇所には、布基礎1のアンカーボルト2が貫通するボルト挿通孔4を有するベースプレート3を配置し、これら各ベースプレート3の屋外側部分に、前記アンカーボルト2が貫通するボルト挿通孔6を有する鋼製土台5を配置する。前記アンカーボルト2にナット7(図1)を螺着することにより、前記ベースプレート3と鋼製土台5とを布基礎1の上に締め付け固定する。鋼製土台5は、図3(C)に示すように、重量鉄骨の溝形鋼からなる土台本体5aと、その上下フランジ間に各々溶接した複数枚の補強プレート5bと、L形に屈曲した端部プレート5cとからなる短尺のピース物としてある。なお、鋼製土台5は、布基礎1に沿って延びる長尺物としても良い。

なお、外壁部分の布基礎1上における一部のベースプレート3Aは、一階床パネル8を載せる屋内側部分のないものとし、このベースプレート3A上に前記ベースプレート3と同様に鋼製土台5を載置し、アンカーボルト2で固定する。また、各鋼製土台5の屋外側は、土台カバー54で覆い、その外側に布基礎外面のモルタル55を塗る。
