Conventional technology Due to product diversification and other consumption circumstances, the unit units of various products tend to become smaller, but in order to balance distribution costs, product packaging cases can be divided at each distribution stage, so-called 2-pack packaging. 1) Packaging is used. This 2-piece packaging method includes the 7th method.
As shown in the figure, each side panel 52 and a part of the flap 54 of the sheet 51 are bent to release the top panel 53.
Supplying the object to be packaged 55, gluing each part of the sheet 51,
After crimping, the top panel 53 and the remaining flaps 54 are folded in, glued and crimped, and then discharged from the assembly machine. In the above method, since the width of the sheet 51 becomes too long, the mechanism of the assembly device becomes complicated, and therefore the packaging speed cannot be increased. In addition, the cost of the packaging material is high, and the cutting perforation 56 in the center of the top panel 53 is expensive.
Since there is no flap provided on the upper part of the side panel 52 that contacts the part, the part and the top panel 53
There was a problem in that the contents were visible when divided into two unit boxes 57, 57 because they were not joined.

In addition, there is a process of assembling the unit boxes 58, 58 with the tray filling material 59 as shown in FIG. There is also a forming method that consists of both processes and another process that performs connected packaging, but since the packaging process is separated into two, the equipment becomes complex and requires a large space. Furthermore, when changing the size, each of the above two steps must be carried out separately, which has disadvantages such as an increase in equipment costs and a high unit price of the product. Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 9, there is a method of making two cases by joining the flaps 62 and 62 of two half-molded cases 61 and 61 filled with the object to be packaged 55; , 61 and then filling the packaged items 55, it is difficult to make a strong package, and the sheets have many overlapping parts, which increases the cost of packaging materials, lengthens the assembly process, and naturally requires a large machine installation space. In short, there is a problem in terms of total cost if it is made fully automatic.

a, 24a, folding guide 25a for inner flap 25
and folding bar 26 for forward side panel 26
Each fold is made by a. When the forming receiver 18 reaches the lowest position, the suction cup 18a leaves and the conveying plate 27 moves forward to press the packaged object 20 together with the sheet 2, and the guide path 2
8 in the direction of the arrow in the figure. At this time, the body flap 4 of the wrap case 2' is bent by the upper end of the conveying plate 27, and a gluing component is sprayed onto a predetermined portion of the inner flap 25 from the gluing means 36, 36 on the way. As the transport plate 27 is further pushed forward, the top panel 3 is pushed backward by the upper folding guide 31, which is arranged so as to descend toward the advancing side, and is pushed below the guide 31, but the top panel of the wrap case 2' The conveying plate 27 stops at a position where the outer flap 3 is bent almost horizontally and the outer lower flap 24 is bent by about 45 degrees by the bending guide 33. After that, the conveyor plate 27 is returned to its original position, but at this time, the subsequent tray case 1', which has been formed and moved through the same path, is transferred to the formed receiver 1 along with the object to be packaged 20.
8 to the lowest position shown by the imaginary line in FIG. In this state, the wrapped case 2' is transported to the position of the semi-molded wrap case 2' which is already on standby. As shown in FIG. 4, the top panel 3 of the wrap case 2' is slightly raised due to the elasticity of the sheet, so that the tray case 1' can easily fit under it. Both cases 1′,
The opposing forward side and anti-forward side side panels 26 and 23 of 2' came into contact, and the tray case 1' being pushed by the transport plate 27 pushed the waiting lap case 2' to the position shown in Fig. 3. By the way, the conveyance plate 27 stops and retreats to its original position. Reference numeral 33 designates guides for bending the lower outer flap 24 and the upper outer flap 34, and these guides are provided on both sides of the guide path 28 so that the interval becomes narrower toward the advancing side. The top panel 3 is joined to the body flaps 4 of both cases 1' and 2' by pressing each glued portion of the top panel 3 with a pressure bonding means 29 having a hydraulic cylinder or the like. Furthermore, while the cases 1' and 2' are being transported by the conveying plate 27, the inner flaps 25 to which the gluing component is sprayed by the gluing means 36 and 36 are the outer upper flaps 34 of both the cases 1' and 2'. The outer and lower flaps 24 and the side pressure bonding means 30 press and bond, respectively. Both cases 1′ connected together in this way,
2' is pushed out of the apparatus by the conveyor plate 27 or by a separately provided pressing means (not shown).
