Clipper-type hair cutters are generally known, but if used incorrectly, this type can create gaps or uneven cut lengths, so it is difficult to achieve a beautiful finish without considerable skill. On the other hand, Japanese Patent Publication No. 50-18827 proposes a hair cutter called a hair shaver, which consists of an outer blade having a cutting hole and a rotating blade that slides on the inner surface of the outer blade. This device cuts the hair that is introduced into the interior through the blade hole of the outer blade between the outer blade and a rotating blade.A ring-shaped guide piece is protruded from the periphery of the outer blade, and this guide piece The hair that has been made to stand on end by the cutting process is cut by an outer blade and a rotary blade located at the back of the space surrounded by the guide piece.

However, even in this conventional example, the hair cannot be cut along the flow of the hair, and the hair is always cut in the opposite direction, which has the disadvantage that the length of the hair is likely to be uneven. The present invention has been made in view of these points, and its object is to provide a hair cutter that can easily cut hair with a beautiful finish.

Accordingly, the present invention includes a blade section consisting of an outer cutter having a cutter hole for introducing hair and an inner cutter that slides into contact with the inner surface of the outer cutter, and a comb member for raising the hair, and the comb pieces are mutually connected to each other. The comb members, which are arranged substantially parallel to each other, are disposed along the surface of the blade, cover at least a portion of the surface of the blade, and are spaced apart from the surface of the blade. have. [Function] According to the present invention, when the hair is moved along the flow of the hair, the comb member, which is disposed along the surface of the blade part and spaced from the blade part surface, raises the hair and the tip of the hair. The tip of the hair is directed toward the blade, and therefore only the tip of the hair is cut. [Embodiment] The present invention will be described in detail below based on an illustrated embodiment. FIGS. 1 to 5 show one embodiment.
This hair cutter has a casing composed of a housing 5, a cylindrical motor mount 17 attached to one end surface of the housing 5, and a frame 6 attached to the motor mount 17. A motor and a power supply member (not shown) for rotationally driving the inner cutter that is in sliding contact with the inner surface of the cutter 11 are housed. Also, housing 5
A power switch handle 51 with a lock handle is provided on the side of the switch. The outer cutter 11 for introducing hair has a truncated conical shape and is held by the frame 6, and the cutter hole 12 is provided in the inclined surface portion excluding the flat end portion. Reference numeral 7 in the figure indicates a dust box which is detachably attached to the housing 5, and cut hair waste is kept inside by a fan 52 shown in FIG. sent. The comb member 2, which is formed by arranging a large number of comb pieces 21 in a line at equal intervals, is attached to the outer peripheral surface of the frame 6, so that each comb piece 21
is arranged along the surface of the blade section 1 consisting of the inner cutter and the outer cutter 11 and is kept at a required distance from the surface of the cutter section 1, and the root part of the comb piece 21 As is clear from the figure, the comb piece 21 is finished in an arcuate shape, and the tip of each comb piece 21 that crosses the top of the outer cutter 11 is slightly bent upward. The comb member 2, as shown in FIG. By positioning the click spring 55 through the notch 62 of the flange 60 in the annular groove 61 between the frame 6 and the frame 6, the click spring 55 is rotatably mounted around the frame 6 and provided in the groove 61. By engaging with the click protrusion 63, FIGS. 1a and 1b
It is designed to be locked in two positions reversed 180 degrees as shown in the figure. FIG. 3a shows the state when the comb member 2 is attached.
FIG. 3b shows the click protrusion 63 and the click spring 55.
This shows the state of use in which the and are locked. When cutting hair with this hair cutter, the comb member 2 is placed in one of the states shown in FIG. , and align the tip direction of the comb member 2 with the tip direction of the hair, and insert the tip of the comb member 2 into the hair.
Then, move the hair clipper as if brushing along the flow of the hair. At this time, the hair enters the groove 22 between the comb pieces 21, 21 of the comb member 2, and new hair sequentially enters the groove 22, so that the hair bundle that reaches the inner end of the groove 22 is It is in a press-fitted state, and for this purpose, by tilting the housing 5 and turning the comb member 2 a little,
The tip of the captured hair is made to fly out from the hair flow and is directed toward the blade part 1 side. For this purpose, the tip 1 of the hair is introduced into the outer cutter 11 through the cutter hole 12 and cut between it and the inner cutter. This device cuts the tip of the hair by simply moving it along the flow of the hair, and can only cut the tip of the hair located on the surface layer, which may lead to over-cutting. There is no such thing. If the lower surface of the tip of the comb piece 21 of the comb member 2 is inclined in the direction away from the blade portion 1 as shown in FIG. 5 or FIG. 8, hair can be inserted into the groove 22 more reliably. done to. Furthermore, if the cross-sectional shape of each comb piece 21 is triangular and the hair side is sharpened, as shown in FIG. 6, it will be easier to introduce hair into the groove 22 between the comb pieces 21. This increases the cutting ability. Furthermore,
When the root portion of the comb member 2 is shaped like an arc as described above, the entire surface of the outer blade 11 can be effectively used for cutting hair. The blade portion 1 may be disposed on one end surface of the housing 5. Examples of this case are shown in FIGS. 9 and 10. This hair cutter has housing 5
It consists of a blade part 1 disposed on one end side and a comb member 2 located at a distance from the surface of this blade part 1. The outer blade 11 is a ring-shaped frame screwed to the housing 5. It is fixed via 6. A plurality of inner cutters 13 are mounted on an inner cutter base 14, and are driven to rotate by a motor 15 disposed within the housing 5, so as to come into sliding contact with the inner surface of the outer cutter 11. The comb member 2, which is formed by arranging a large number of comb pieces 21 in a row at equal intervals, has both ends connected to a pair of support pieces 20, 20 protruding from the frame 6. It is located at a predetermined distance from the surface of the blade part 1, and
The tip of each comb piece 21 and the inner end of the groove 22 between the comb pieces 21, 21 are rounded, as is clear from FIG. . In addition, the comb piece 21 is the outer blade 11
It has a length of more than half of the surface and covers the outer cutter 11. However, in this hair cutter, the first
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 12, the tip of the comb member 2 is made to match the direction of the tip of the hair, and the tip of the comb member is inserted into the hair, and in this state, it is moved along the flow of the hair. The hair is cut by comb pieces 21, 21.
In addition to entering the groove 22 between the two, new hair sequentially enters the groove 22.
Because of this, the hair strands that have reached the inner end of the groove 22 are held in a press-fitted manner, and for this purpose, by tilting the housing 5, the comb member 2 is slightly rotated in the direction shown by the arrow in FIG. Then, the tip of the captured hair is made to fly out from the flow of hair and is directed toward the blade part 1 side. For this purpose, the tip of the hair is introduced into the outer cutter 11 through the cutter hole 12 of the cutter portion 1 and is cut between the inner cutter 13 and the outer cutter 11. The roundness at the tip of each comb piece 21 makes the introduction of hair smoother, and the roundness at the inner end of the groove 22 increases the pressure applied to the hair to enhance the hair-raising effect. At the tip of the comb piece 21 in the comb member 2, there is a 15th
As shown in the figure and FIG. 16, if a spherical projection 23 is provided so that the hair once entered into the groove 22 between the comb pieces 21, 21 is difficult to come out from the groove 22 by the projection 23, the hair It is more reliable to point the tip of the blade toward the blade part 1 side. As shown in FIGS. 17 to 23, the comb piece 2
The width of the groove 22 between 1 and 21 may be wide at the distal end of the comb piece 21 and narrow at the proximal end. In this case, although it is not difficult for hair to come out of the groove 22, the width of the groove 22 becomes narrower as it goes deeper, so the hair that has entered the groove 22 may move deeper into the groove. , the applied pressure increases. Therefore, it becomes easy to direct the tip of the hair toward the blade portion 1 side. FIG. 19a shows a bundle of hair immediately after entering the groove 22, and FIG. 19b shows a bundle of hair that has reached the depths of the groove 22. A and B in the figure correspond to widths A and B of the groove 22 shown in FIG. 17. As shown in FIGS. 24a and 24b, the comb piece 2
1 is provided with a step 24 in the middle and is thicker at the proximal end and narrower at the distal end, then some of the hair that has entered the groove 22 will be blocked by the step 24 and the hair will fall into the groove 22. Since the plow does not reach the narrow end of the plow, it can be effectively used as a plow cutter. If we want to achieve both the smooth introduction of hair into the groove 22 between the comb pieces 21 and 21 and the prevention of the hair from coming out from the groove 22, it is possible to achieve both of the following: In addition, it is preferable that the comb piece 21 be made gradually thinner toward its tip, and that a protrusion 25 be provided protruding from the side surface in the middle. The hair that has entered the groove 22 is pressed into the inner end of the groove 22 over the protrusion 25 and held as a bundle. The presence of the projections 25 prevents the hair once held from escaping from the grooves 22. As shown in FIGS. 27 to 29, the comb piece 2
1 has a shape that becomes thicker in the middle, and
It may be elastic in the direction in which the comb pieces 21 are lined up. In this case as well, the hair that enters the groove 22 and reaches the inner end of the groove 22 by bending the comb piece 21 against its elasticity will not escape due to the elasticity of the comb piece 21. As shown in Figure 29c,
It is compressed deep inside the groove 22. And groove 22
By tilting the housing 5 a little and rotating the comb member 2, the hair that has reached the inner end of the comb member 2 will surely face the tip of the comb member 1, but the hair at the entrance of the groove 22 will escape. Therefore, it is possible to reliably cut only the hair on the surface layer. In the illustrated example, every other comb piece 21 has the above shape and elasticity, but the present invention is not limited to this. Furthermore, as shown in FIGS. 30 to 36,
The comb piece 21 may have a wedge shape or an arrowhead shape having a burr 26. As shown in FIGS. 35 and 36, when the shape has a plurality of burrs 26, hairs that have not reached the depths of the grooves 22 can also be retained. Also, Figure 37 and 3
As shown in FIG. 8, when the wedge-shaped or arrowhead-shaped portions of adjacent comb pieces 21 are shifted in the longitudinal direction of the comb pieces 21, the hair holding power is generally further increased. In each of the above embodiments, various shapes of the comb piece 21 were shown using the comb member 2 shown in FIGS. 1 and 9 as a basic form, but in FIGS. 39 to 42, a pair of The comb members 2, 2 are oriented in opposite directions, and the distance between the other comb member 2 and the surface of the blade portion 1 is larger than the distance between one comb member 2 and the surface of the blade portion 1. The smaller the above distance, the easier it is to introduce short or thin hair, and the larger the distance, the higher the raising effect when there is a large amount of hair. In view of this point, the comb members 2, 2 having two distances, large and small, are combined, and in areas where there is a large amount of hair, as shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 41, the comb member 2 is used in areas where the hair is short and small, such as around the ears and around the hem, where the distance between the comb member 2 and the surface of the blade portion 1 is small.
It has been made possible to use. Even by making the single comb member 2 movable,
The same effect as in the above case can be obtained. For example, as shown in FIGS. 43 to 46, the support pieces 20, 20 supporting the comb member 2 are made independent from the frame 6 and the housing 5, and are slidable in a direction perpendicular to the surface of the blade part 1. Thus, the distance between the comb member 2 and the surface of the blade portion 1 can be adjusted. Since the spacing can be freely adjusted, any amount of hair can be efficiently cut. In addition, in the illustrated example, there is a rack 2 on the support piece 20.
7, and a dial 29 rotatably supported on the frame 6 via a pin 28 is provided with a pinion 30 that meshes with the rack 27, and by rotating the dial 29, the comb member 2 is moved. However, the comb member 2 is
Of course, the interval may be adjusted by moving the . Furthermore, when moving the comb member 2 to adjust the spacing, as shown in FIGS. 47 to 53,
The support piece 20 may be rotatably attached to the frame 6 so that the tip of the comb member 2 can swing. In the figure, 31 is a dial integrally formed on the support piece 20, 32 is a rotating shaft protruding from the inner surface of the support piece 20 and inserted into a shaft hole 33 formed in the frame 6, and 34 is biased by a spring 35. It is a ball for click-fixing the comb member 2 at a required angle by engaging with one of the several engagement holes 36 formed in the frame 6, and is provided on the inner surface of the support piece 20 together with the spring 35. It is disposed in a recess 37. In the illustrated example, since three engaging holes 36 are formed, adjustment can be made in three stages as shown in FIGS. 51 to 53. FIGS. 54 and 55 show that the frame 6 surrounding the blade part 1 is
An example is shown in which a second comb member 3 that protrudes in a direction perpendicular to the surface of the blade portion 1 is provided. This second comb member 3 untwists and untangles the hair to enhance the effect of introducing the hair into the comb member 2. The comb member 2 may have a shape curved to match the curved surface of the dome-shaped outer cutter 11, as shown in FIGS. 56 to 58. In this way, the distance between the comb member 2 and the surface of the blade part 1 is constant in each part, and the opportunity for introducing hair is the same in each part, so a stable cut length can be obtained.
You can evenly cut your entire hair short without ruining your current hairstyle. Other embodiments are shown in FIGS. 59 to 62. Here, the comb members 2 are provided in two stages, upper and lower, and the upper comb member 2 is fixed to the frame 6 via the support piece 20, but the lower comb member 2 is different from the upper comb member 2. The piece 21 is designed to be slidable in the direction in which it protrudes. When the dial 38 attached to the support piece 20 is rotated, the pinion 39 provided on the dial 38 and the lower comb member 2
By the engagement with the rack 40 formed at one end and the engagement between the sliding pin 41 protruding from the other end of the lower comb member 2 and the sliding groove 42 on the inner surface of the support piece 20,
The lower comb member 2 slides, and from the state where the lower comb member 1 is almost hidden below the upper comb member 2, the comb pieces 21, 21 A transition is made to a state in which the comb piece 21 of the lower comb member 2 is located between them. As a result, comb piece 2
The width of the groove 22 between the comb members 1 and 21 changes, especially the width of the inner end of the groove 22, and the distance between the surface of the blade part 1 and the comb member 2 also changes, so it can accommodate various hair conditions. be able to. 63 and 64, a ring 7 is rotatably arranged around a frame 6 to which an outer cutter 11 is attached, and a comb member 2 is attached to this ring 7 via a pair of support pieces 20, 20. An example is shown in which the orientation of the comb member 2 can be changed by attaching it. Even if the comb member 2 is inserted into the hair and moved slightly diagonally with respect to the flow of the hair, the ring 7 automatically rotates to align the direction of the comb member 2 with the direction of the hair flow. , it's becoming easier to use. Further, since the anti-slip rib 70 is provided on the outer surface of the ring 7, the orientation of the comb member 2 can be easily changed manually. 65 and 66 show a circle in which the length of the comb pieces 21 in the comb member 2 is longer at both ends and shorter at the center, and the line connecting the tips of each comb piece 21 is concave at the center. An example is shown in which the hair strands are arranged in an arc shape so that the hair bundles are gathered at the center of the comb member 2 when the hair is introduced. The hair does not escape to the outside of the comb member 2, but gathers in the center, allowing efficient cutting. On the other hand, regarding the blade part 1, FIGS. 67 and 68
As shown in the figure, it is preferable to form grooves 50 or knurling on the surface of the inner cutter base 14 on which the inner cutter 13 is provided. This groove 50 prevents the tip of the hair that has entered the inside from the blade hole 12 of the outer cutter 11 from sliding on the surface of the inner cutter base 14, so that the cut length of the introduced hair is constant. It can be kept below this value, and long hair will not be tangled or cut too much. Such a groove 50, which acts as a stop,
As shown in FIGS. 69 to 71, the inner cutter base 1
It may also be provided on the surface of a float plate 51 that is float-supported on 4 by a spring 59. At this time, as shown in the figure, the hook 52 protruding from the lower surface of the float plate 51 engages the engaging portion 55 on the inner cutter base 1.
4 are provided in multiple stages so that the hook 52 can be selectively engaged with any one of them.
As shown in FIGS. 70 and 71, the distance between the inner surface of the outer blade 11 and the float plate 51 can be adjusted, and the cutting length of the hair can be changed. In the figure, 54 is a slit for passing the inner cutter 13 in the float plate 51. As for the outer cutter 11, as shown in FIGS. 72 to 74, if a plurality of blade holes 12 of different sizes are prepared so that they can be selectively attached, it is possible to remove the hair. The cutting amount and cut length can be changed. That is, the longer the length in the same direction as the hair flow direction in the blade hole 12,
The size of the blade hole 12 increases as the cutting length of the bristles introduced parallel to the surface of the outer blade 11 increases, and as the length in the direction intersecting the flow direction of the bristles increases, the amount of bristles introduced increases. Prepare items of different sizes,
By replacing these, the above changes can be made. Considering that the outer cutter 11 is dome-shaped, the cutter holes 12 of the outer cutter 11 are aligned in the direction in which the comb piece 21 is moved along the flow of hair, as shown in FIGS. 75 and 76. If the hole is made long in the direction of protrusion, as shown in FIG. 77, even the tip of the hair that has not been raised by the comb member 2 can be introduced and cut. It should be noted that the blade part 1 does not need to be rotary;
As shown in FIG. 79, it may be of a reciprocating type. In the figure, 65 is an eccentric cam rotationally driven by the motor 15, and 66 is a driver that converts the movement of the eccentric cam into reciprocating motion and transmits it to the inner cutter 13.

As described above, in the present invention, the comb element is moved along the flow of the hair, has comb pieces arranged substantially parallel to each other, and is disposed along the surface of the blade part, and at least part of the surface of the blade part. If the hair is covered with a comb member placed at a distance from the surface of the blade part, the tip of the hair caught by the comb member will rise and the blade part will touch the hair. The tip is pointed at the tip, and the hair is cut in a so-called sequential manner, so it does not cut too much hair, and only the superficial layer of hair is cut.
It can be beautifully finished regardless of the level of skill of the user. In addition, from the user's point of view, since the user only has to move the hair along the flow of the hair, the operation feels just like brushing, and there is no need to worry about cutting too much hair. It demonstrates operability.
