Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.溶着箇所(3,4)を介して互に接合された2枚の互に重なり合った合成樹 脂シート(1,2)から成り、物品を包むためのクッションエレメントにおいて 、上記溶着箇所は、多数の第一の溶着シーム(3)及び多数の第二の溶着シーム (4)であり、これら第一および第二の溶着シームは、略直角に交差し、かつ二 つの隣り合った第一の溶着シーム(3)と二つの隣り合った第二の溶着シーム( 4)が夫々四角形の小室(5,5′)を形成するとともに、少なくとも一つの小 室(5)は、少なくとも部分的に空気で充填されていることを特徴とするクッシ ョンエレメント。 2.包装すべき上記物品(6)の輪郭に適合するために、この物品の形状に関係 した特定の小室(5)のみが、少なくとも部分的に空気で充填されていることを 特徴とする請求項1に記載のクッションエレメント。 3.包装すべき上記物品(6)を少なくとも三方向から包むために、ブックカバ ーに類似して上表紙(7)と背表紙(9)と下表紙(8)を備えて、上記背表紙 (9)を形成する小室は、本質的に空気が充填されないことを特徴とする請求項 1または2に記載のクッションエレメント。 4.上記第一の溶着シーム(3)または上記第二の溶着シーム(4)のいずれか 一方または双方の対向する各間隔が、等しくないことを特徴とする請求項1乃至 3のいずれかに記載のクッションエレメント。 5.少なくとも二つの上記第一の溶着シーム(3)の間および/または二つの第 二の溶着シーム(4)の間に切り離しが存在することを特徴とする請求項1また は4のいずれかに記載のクッションエレメント。 6.少なくとも上記切り離しの一部は、ミシン目(57)であることを特徴とす る請求項5に記載のクッションエレメント。 7.少なくとも上記切り離しの一部は、それに隣接する小室の略全長または全幅 に亘って伸びる切り離し箇所(58)であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の クッションエレメント。 8.合成樹脂シートを供給し,溶接するための夫々の装置を有して、請求項1乃 至4のいずれかに記載の方法でクッションエレメントを製造する装置において、 上記合成樹脂シートを溶接するための装置は、合成樹脂シート(1,2)の長手 方向に伸ひる第一の溶着シーム(3)を製作するための第一の溶接ステーション (17)と、第二の溶着シーム(4)を製作するために後方に配役された第二の 溶接ステーション(18)とを備えるとともに、上記第一の溶接ステーション( 17)は本質的に互に平行に配置された多数の溶接棒(19)を有し、上記第一 の溶接ステーション(17)の前方および第二の溶接ステーション(18)の前 方に、上記合成樹脂シーを導く夫々二つの第一の駆動ローラ(14,14′)と 第二の駆動ローラ(15,15′)を備え、さらに上記第一の駆動ローラ(14 ,14′)の手前から第二の駆動ローラ(15,15′)まで合成樹脂シートの 長手方向に伸びる空気導管(20)を備えて、各空気導管(20)は、上記第一 の溶接ステーション(17)の二つの隣り合う溶接棒(19)の間に夫々延在す ることを特徴とするクッションエレメントの製造装置。 9.上記各空気導管(20)は、弁(21)を介して共通の空気供給装置(22 ,23)に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のクッションエレメ ントの製造装置。 10.本質的に上記第二の溶接ステーション(18)の各作動の前に、付属する 空気導管(20)に空気を導くための一つまたは多数の弁(21)を、多かれ少 なかれ開いた状態に制御する制御ユニット(24)を備えたことを特徴とする請 求項9に記載のクッションエレメントの製造装置。 11.上記第一の溶接ステーション(17)の溶接棒(19)および空気導管( 20)は、合成樹脂シート(1,2)の長手方向に対して直角に移動できること を特徴とする請求項8乃至10のいずれかに記載のクッションエレメントの製造 装置。 12.上記第一の駆動ローラ(14,14′)および第二の電動ローラ(15, 15′)に、二つの第一の駆動ローラおよび二つの第二の駆動ローラの表面が夫 々互いに押し合うように力が作用するとともに、上記第ーの駆動ローラまたは第 二の駆動ローラの少なくとも一方の表面が、好ましくはゴムまたは発泡材からな る弾性的な被覆で覆われていることを特徴とする請求項8乃至11のいずれかに 記載のクッションエレメントの製造装置。 13.切断器(53)と切断器受(54)をもつ切り離し装置または加熱線(5 5)と加熱線受(56)をもつ切り離し装置の少なくとも一方を備え、上記切り 離し装置(53,54;55,56)の少なくとも一つは、二つの第一の溶接棒 (19)の間または二つの第二の溶接棒(26)の間に配置されていることを特 徴とする請求項8乃至12のいずれかに記載のクッションエレメントの製造装置 。
