Abstract
Description
Claims (16)
- 1.生産物,特に食料品の冷凍方法において、前記生産物を、沸点が−30℃以 下である液化ガスで構成され、水平の又は下向き斜面を有する振動支持体の表面 に配置されたフィルムと接触させること、及び少なくとも部分的に冷凍された生 産物を前記液化ガスフイルムから分離することを特徴とする冷凍方法。
- 2.液化ガスの沸点が−150℃以下であることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項 記載の冷凍方法。
- 3.液化ガスが液体置素であることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項又は第2項記 載の冷凍方法。
- 4.液化ガスフイルムの平均厚さが10mm以下であることを特徴とする請求の 範囲第1項たいし第3項のいずれか1項に記載の冷凍方法。
- 5.液化ガスフイルムの平均厚さが2mmと5mmとの間に含まれることを特徴 とする請求の範囲第4項記載の冷凍方法。
- 6.前記支持体を振動させる振動数が5Hzと100Hz、好ましくは7Hzと 60Hzとの間に含まれることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項ないし第5項のい ずれか1項に記載の冷凍方法。
- 7.振動運動の方向と支持体表面とが15度と60度との間に含まれる角度を形 成することを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項ないし第6項のいずれか1項に記載の 冷凍方法。
- 8.前記支持体が、振幅が0.2mmと20mmとの間に含まれる振動運動によ つて振動させられることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項ないし第7項のいずれか 1項に記載の冷凍方法。
- 9.生産物の表面のみが、前記液化ガスフイルムとの直接接触によつて冷凍され ることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項ないし第8項のいずれか1項に記載の冷凍 方法。
- 10.液化ガスフイルムと接触する面が0.5mm以上の、好ましくは1cmと 20cmとの間に含まれる厚さを有する生産物が冷凍されるてとを特徴とする請 求の範囲第1項ないし第9項のいずれか1項に記載の冷凍方法。
- 11.前記液化ガスフイルムが移動することを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項ない し第10項のいずれか1項に記載の冷凍方法。
- 12.前記フィルムの流速が1.5m/秒以下、好ましくは0.1m/秒と1m /秒との間に含まれることを特徴とする請求の範囲第11項記載0冷凍方法。
- 13.生産物,特に食料品の冷凍装置において、装置が支持体(2)に接続され た振動発生機(7)を有し、支持体(2)4の表面には沸点が−30℃以下、好 ましくは−150℃以下である液化ガスのフイルムが配置され、前記支持体(2 )が水平であるか、下向き斜面を有することを特徴とする冷凍装置。
- 14.装置が液化ガスの循環のための手段をさらに有することを特徴とする請求 の範囲第13項記載の冷凍装置。
- 15.前記液化ガスの循環のための手段が、支持体(2)の上に下端部が開口し ている樋(4)に、導管(25)によつて接続されたポンプ(24)を有するこ とを特徴とする請求の範囲第14項記載の冷凍装置。
- 16.前記支持体(2)が複数の段をつけられていることを特徴とする請求の範 囲第13項ないし第15項のいずれか1項に記載の冷凍装置。
