Description
Claims (13)
- 1.内燃機関の適応式ノッキング制御方法であって、シリンダにノッキングが発 生した場合に点火角の進角調整を行い、 “一過角”方向での調整(進角調整)によって点火角の戻し調整を行い、 適応特性ダイアグラムに瞬時の点火角進角調整値を記憶し、該適応特性ダイアグ ラムは内燃機関の動作パラメータの大きさに依存して分割された領域を有してお り、さらに功動中所属の領域において求められた点火角進角調整値のうちの1つ の値を例えば当該領域から離脱する際に意に配置するものであり、所定の後場へ の変1の際に、当該領域に対して記憶された点火角進角調整値を設定する、ノッ キング方法において、 領域(I〜XV)の変更の際に点火角の戻し調整を、当該領域(I〜XV)にて ノッキングが発生するか又は点火角(αZ)の予め設定された値値が達成される までの間進角調整速度を増加させて行うことを特徴とする、内燃機関の適応式ノ ッキング制御方法。
- 2.前記点火角進角調整ないし点火角進角調整をステップ毎に行う、請求の範囲 第1項記載の方法。
- 3.前記進角調整速度を増加させるためにステップ幅を縮小させる、請求の範囲 第1項又は2項記載の方法。
- 4.前記縮小されたステップ幅を、プログラミング可能な係数によって設定する 、請求の範囲第1項〜3項いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 5.前記進角調整速度を増加させるために進角調整ステップの大きさ(ステップ の高さ)を拡大させる、請求の範囲第1項〜4項いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 6.新たな領域に到達する際に制御機器において制御ピット(フラッグ)のセッ トを行い、該制御ピットはそのセット状態で進角調整速度の増加をトリガするも のである、請求の範囲第1項〜5項いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 7.前記動作パラメータは内燃機関の負荷、例えば吸気管圧力(PS)又は空気 量又は絞り弁角度位置と、内燃機関の回転数(n)である、請求の範囲第1項〜 6項いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 8.前記適応特性ダイアグラムの各領域に負荷区分及び回転数区分を割り付ける 、請求の範囲第1項〜7項いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 9.前記負荷区分及び回転数区分を、負荷調整値及び回転数調整によって相互に 分離する、請求の範囲第1項〜8項いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 10.ノッキング状態の最初の発生の後で各領域における点火角進角調整を、速 度が増加されていない通常の進角調整速度で行う、請求の範囲第1項〜9項いず れか1項記載の方法。
- 11.前記ステップ幅をステップ幅計数器の計数間隔によって定め、前記進角調 整速度を増加させるために、前記計数状態の開始値及び/又は終了値を当該計数 間隔が縮小されるように変更する、請求の範囲第1項〜10項いずれか1項記載 の方法。
- 12.点火角進角調整における例えば1ステップでのステップの高さを、点火角 進角調整1の場合よりも大きくする、請求の範囲第1項〜11項いずれか1項記 載の方法。
- 13.前記計数間隔−終了値が達成された場合には常に点火角進角調整を、ステ ップの高さに相応する増加分だけ行う、請求の範囲第1項〜12項いずれか1項 記載の方法。
