Abstract

PURPOSE:To shorten the conventional cleaning and drying time and to make the facility small by simultaneously and altogether carrying out the cleaning and drying process with an aqueous detergent, water or pure water and without an organic chloride and fluoride compounds by using a vapor cleaning and drying method. CONSTITUTION:A heater 2 is provided at the lower part of a cleaning tank I, and pure water and the detergent 5 added with water or a water containing a solvent are evaporated. The vapor 6 of the detergent 5, etc., is allowed to be condensed under reflux through a condensing pipe 3 provided at the upper part of the cleaning tank 1 and an ohbject alpha to be cleaned is immersed at a middle part of the vapor phase 6, thereby the cleaning is carried out. After the temperature of the object alpha is raised near to that of the steam phase 6, the objected is pulled up from the vapor phase 6 and is dried.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in this type of pretreatment and cleaning, pretreatment and cleaning with an organic chlorine / fluorine compound such as trichloroethylene, 1,1,1-trichloroethane, etc.
Alternatively, pretreatment / cleaning and the like have been performed using a cleaning agent obtained by adding a solvent or the like to water (hereinafter referred to as an aqueous cleaning agent). In recent years, the toxicity of organic chlorine and fluorine compounds to the human body has been highlighted, and the effects of organic fluorine compounds on the global environment (depletion of the ozone layer)
In consideration of the above, its use has begun to be regulated.

Further, in the case of cleaning using an aqueous cleaning agent, dislike using the regulated organic chlorine / fluorine compounds as described above, in the final step of the product. The washing process with fresh water and the drying process with hot air / infrared irradiation are essential. Part 2
It is common knowledge that one step requires a longer time than other steps (usually 3 to 5 minutes). As a result,
The length of the device increases and the equipment cost increases. The method of the present invention uses a steam washing / drying method, and a washing / drying step using a water-based detergent, water, or pure water (hereinafter, a detergent, etc.) without using an organic chlorine / fluorine-based compound. By carrying out almost simultaneously in parallel, it is intended to provide a conventional cleaning / drying method using steam aiming at shortening of cleaning / drying time and reduction of equipment.

The processing procedure of this embodiment will be described step by step with reference to the drawings. As shown in FIG. 1, the apparatus A to which the present embodiment is applied has a cleaning agent 5 and the like in the inner bottom portion of the cleaning tank 1 in which the heater 2 is provided on the inner bottom portion and the condenser tubes 3 are provided in multiple stages along the upper inner peripheral surface. Put in. Then, the heater 2 is operated to generate the vapor phase 6. Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 2, the object α to be cleaned is put in the vapor phase 6, and as shown in FIG.
It is possible to achieve the same drying at the same time by washing by condensing and heating to the same temperature as the vapor phase 6 and then pulling out from the vapor phase 6 as shown in FIG.

The splash prevention plate 7 is installed right above the liquid surface of the cleaning agent 5 in order to prevent impurities from being mixed into the droplets generated when the cleaning agent 5 evaporates. In order to remove impurities in the water in the air that condense at the same time as the vapor phase 6, the cleaning agent 5 is passed through an adsorbent or a filtering agent during the reflux from the condensate gutter 4 to the cleaning agent 5 A cleaning tank 8 is provided. Further, the cleaning agent 5 is not directly returned from the cleaning tank 8 to the bottom of the cleaning tank 1, but the cleaning agent 5 is temporarily stored and sprayed and injected into the intermediate vapor phase in the cleaning tank 1 for reflux. It is also possible to extend the time for washing the article α to be washed with water.

(Embodiment 2) A second embodiment of the method of the present invention,
This will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 5 is a diagram showing a state in which the object α to be cleaned is immersed in the vapor phase 6 of the cleaning agent 5 by applying the present embodiment. In the figure, 9 and 9 ′ are openable / closable double-sided open / close lids attached to the upper opening 1 a of the cleaning tank 1. In this embodiment, when the object α to be cleaned is immersed in the vapor phase 6, the opening / closing lid 9,
After 9 ′ is opened and it is confirmed that the object α to be cleaned is immersed in the vapor phase 6, the opening / closing lids 9 and 9 ′ are closed and cleaning is performed. After the cleaning, the opening / closing lids 9 and 9 ′ are opened again, the object α to be cleaned is pulled up and dried. The difference from the first embodiment is the opening / closing lids 9 and 9 ′ attached to the upper opening 1a of the washing tank 1, but the opening and closing lids 9 and 9 ′ are used to clean the washing tank 1 during washing.
Since the emission from the upper opening 1a of the internal vapor phase 6 to the outside can be smaller than that in the first embodiment, the pressure and temperature of the vapor phase 6 in the cleaning tank 1 are set to be lower than those in the first embodiment. It is possible to raise the temperature, and it becomes possible to perform cleaning and drying in a shorter time, so that the cleaning agent 5 that has entered the gap of the object α to be cleaned is evaporated early to eliminate the occurrence of rust. The open / close lids 9 and 9 ′ are closed even when it is necessary to prevent the vapor phase 6 from escaping from the upper opening 1a even during the cleaning of the object α to be cleaned.

(Embodiment 3) A third embodiment of the method of the present invention,
This will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 6 is a diagram showing a state where the object α to be cleaned is immersed in the vapor phase 6 of the cleaning agent 5 by applying the present embodiment. In the figure, 10 is a heater installed in the vapor phase 6 along the inner peripheral surface of the intermediate portion below the condensing pipe 3 and the condensate gutter 4 inside the cleaning tank 1. In the present embodiment, after the article to be cleaned α is immersed in the vapor phase 6, the heater 10 is operated to raise the temperature of the vapor phase 6. By operating the heater 10, it becomes possible to clean and dry the vapor phase 6 at a temperature higher than that of the first embodiment, and the cleaning / drying can be performed in a shorter time.
Since it becomes possible to dry, the cleaning agent or the like 5 that has entered the gap of the object α to be cleaned is evaporated early to eliminate the occurrence of rust. In addition,
The heater 10 is operated even when it is necessary to heat the vapor phase 6 other than during the cleaning of the cleaning object α.
