Description
本発明は遊星歯車式変速機、詳しくは車両用前
進8段後進4段の遊星歯車式パワーシフト変速機
に関するものである。
従来、建設車両の遊星歯車式変速機としては、
ブルドーザ等前後進作業の多い車両用として前進
3段、後進3段、前進4段、後進4段等の前後進
同段数の変速機が使用され、ダンプトラツク等前
進作業の多い運搬車両用として前進8段、後進1
段、前進6段、後進1段等の前進多段、後進1段
の変速機が使用されている。
そして、前述の2種の変速機は歯車構成が全く
異なり、相互の部品共通化が困難である。
本発明は上記の事情に鑑みてなされたものであ
り、その目的は前進4段、後進4段の変速機に遊
星歯車列を1列追加することで前進8段、後進4
段の変速機とすることができるようにした遊星歯
車式変速機を提供することである。
以下図面を参照して本発明の実施例を説明す
る。
入力軸1には後進・低速前進・高速前進遊星歯
車列10,20,30のサンギヤ11,21,3
1が設けてあり、1速・2速・3速・4速遊星歯
車列40,50,60,70のサンギヤ41,5
1,61,71が出力軸2に設けてある。
前記後進・低速前進・高速前進・2速・3速・
4速遊星歯車列10,20,30,50,60,
70はプラネタリギヤ12,22,32,52,
62,72、キヤリヤ13,23,33,53,
63,73、リングギヤ14,24,34,5
4,64,74を備えている。
そして、キヤリヤ13は第1クラツチを介し
て固定側3に連結され、リングギヤ14とキヤリ
ヤ23が連結され、リングギヤ24は第2クラツ
チを介して固定側3に連結され、リングギヤ2
4は第2クラツチを介して固定側3に連結さ
れ、キヤリヤ23とキヤリヤ33とは連結され、
リングギヤ34は第3クラツチを介して固定側
3に連結されている。
そして、キヤリヤ33とキヤリヤ73は連結さ
れ、キヤリヤ73とキヤリヤ63とが連結され、
リングギヤ74及び64並びに54は第4・第
5・第6クラツチ,,を介して固定側3に
それぞれ連結され、リングギヤ64とキヤリヤ5
3が連結され、キヤリヤ53とサンギヤ41が第
7クラツチを介して連結してある。
前記4速・3速・2速・1速遊星歯車列70,

本発明は、入力軸1に後進・低速前進・高速前
進遊星歯車列10,20,30を入力側から後
進・低速前進・高速前進の順序でそれぞれ取付
け、出力軸2側に1速・2速・3速・4速遊星歯
車列40,50,60,70を入力側から4速・
3速・2速・1速の順序でそれぞれ取付け、高速
前進遊星歯車30のキヤリヤ33と4速遊星歯車
列70のキヤリヤ73を連結したので、前進8
段、後進4段の変速機となるし、出力軸2側はそ
のままとして入力側1側の高速前進遊星歯車30
を取り外して低速前進遊星歯車列20のキヤリヤ
23を4速遊星歯車列70のキヤリヤ73に連結
すれば前進4段、後進4段の変速機となる。した
がつて、前進4段、後進4段の変速機に1つの遊
星歯車列を追加することで前進8段、後進4段の
