Motorcycles are equipped with an engine and drive the rear wheels with the engine. By the way, it is difficult to prevent the engine from generating vibrations during operation, and although the engine is mounted on the vehicle body using a rubber mount or the like to absorb vibrations, the vibrations are still transmitted to the vehicle body. Furthermore, the steering wheel is subject to vibrations caused by the cushions of the front wheels, etc., and is subject to vibrations from both the engine vibration and the vibrations that are transmitted to the hands holding the steering wheel, making it uncomfortable. Therefore, we put a weight inside the bar handle that extends from side to side to change the natural frequency and prevent it from vibrating, but if we put the weight inside the steel pipe bar handle, the size of the weight is limited. not enough. Some methods bolt a weight to the end of the bar handle, but while this method allows you to adjust the size of the weight, it increases the width of the handle, which is inconvenient.

In view of this, the purpose of this invention is to provide a motorcycle handle vibration isolator that allows the user to freely select the weight by fastening a weight to a bracket that is welded to the center of the handlebar, and that does not interfere with riding. shall be.

A bracket 2 made of a pressed steel plate is welded to the center of the handlebar 1, and is attached to a steering shaft of a front fork to which a front wheel is rotatably mounted. Therefore, in the present invention, the bracket 2 is made into a substantially trapezoidal shape and protrudes rearward, a weight 3 is placed on the rear part of the protruding bracket 2, and a screw 4 is attached to the bracket 2.
Tighten with. A handle cover 5 with a speedometer and the like attached thereto is attached to the upper part of the handlebar 1 and the bracket 2.

Furthermore, the size of the weight 3 itself can be relatively freely selected and the natural frequency can be changed, and the vibrations of the bracket 2 and handlebar 1 can be sufficiently suppressed. Since the weight 3 is covered by the handle cover 5, it is not unsightly and the width of the handlebar 1 is not increased, making it convenient to handle.

As explained above, this idea involves making the bracket, which is welded to the center of the handlebar extending from side to side and connected to the steering shaft, into a substantially trapezoidal shape so as to protrude rearward, and the weight is fastened to the rear of the bracket. Therefore, the weight can be adjusted freely and has a high vibration-proofing effect. and,
Since the weight is covered by the handlebar cover, it is not unsightly and does not increase the width of the handlebar, making it convenient to handle. In addition, since only one weight is required, the number of parts is small and the cost can be reduced.
