【考案の詳細な説明】
（産業上の利用分野）
本考案は自動車のリヤシート構造に関するもの

ｃに表皮ｄが覆設されると共に、リヤシート基板
ｅに固着されて形成されている。そして該リヤシ
ートクツシヨンａおよびリヤシートバツクｂはシ
ート基板ｅが車体側のリヤデツキに設けらえたブ
ラケツトｆにボルト止めや挿入嵌合されることに
よつて強固に固定支持されている。また、上記リ
ヤシートバツクｂの上端部後方にはリヤウインド
ｇとの間に板材から成るパツケージトレイｈが具

（考案が解決しようとする課題）
しかし上記従来のリヤシート構造においてはリ

本皮を用いた場合、リヤウイドウから入射される
太陽光線の影響によつてリヤシートバツク上端部
附近が変形および変色する等の不具合があつた。
また、該リヤシートバツクはかなり大型なもので
ありその重量も大きいために車体への取付け作業
における労力は大きなものであり、更にはシート
の取付けとは別に前記パツケージトレイを取付け
る作業も必要であつた。つまり、例えば実開昭63
−194037号公報に開示されているような構成で
は、単にリヤシートバツクをリヤデツキに対して
ボルト止めするようなものであるので、このボル
ト止め作業時には、作業者はリヤシートバツクを
所定位置で位置決めしてその状態を保持させてお
かねばならず取付け作業性に大きな課題を有する
ものであり、この作業性の改善が求められてい
た。また、上記パツケージトレイの取付け作業を
省略できるものとして実開昭60−20420号公報に
閉めれるようなシートバツクの上端を後方に折曲
げてリヤウインドウ内側下端まで延長した自動車
リヤシートのシートバツク構造であるが、前述し
たような本皮を用いた場合の不具合やリヤシート
バツクの取付け作業性については解決されたもの

構成とした。具体的には、リヤシートクツシヨン
とリヤシートバツクから成るリヤシートを前提と
し、上記リヤシートバツクを上側シートバツク部
および下側シートバツク部に分割する。そして、
上側シートバツク部の上端部を後方へ折曲し、リ
ヤウインドウ内側下端近傍まで延設してパツケー
ジトレイを形成すると共に、上側シートバツク部
の少なくとも両側部に該上側シートバツク部をリ
ヤデツキに締結するための締結部を設ける。ま
た、上記上側シートバツク部の両側部と、該両側
部に対応した上記リヤデツキの両側部との間に仮
止め手段を配設する。また、該仮止め手段を、上
側シートバツク部のリヤデツキへの取付け時に、
該上側シートバツク部をリヤデツキに対して所定
位置で仮止めしておくための位置決めピン及び該
位置決めピンが挿入される位置決め孔で構成する

ト基板５ａの背もたれ部５ｅの下端の中央および
左右両側の３箇所にはブラケツト５ｇ（第２図破
線）が突設されており、また該背もたれ部５ｅと
パツケージトレイ基部５ｆとの連結部近傍には該
上側シート部材５を取付ける際の位置決め部とな
る位置決めピン５ｈ（第２図破線）が左右両側の
２箇所に下方へ突設されている。更に、パツケー
ジトレイ基部５ｆの後端部附近は下方へ湾曲され
たＵ字状部５ｉが設けられ、該Ｕ字状部５ｉの下
面にはマジツクテープ５ｊが係止されている。そ
して上記ブラケツト５ｇおよびマジツクテープ５
ｊの２部材は該上側シートバツク部材５の取付け

ヤデツキ６における上記位置決めピン５ｈに対応
した位置には位置決めピン挿入孔６ｂが形成され
ており（図２参照）、上側シートバツク部５の取
付け時には、この位置決めピン５ｈが位置決めピ
ン挿入孔６ｂに挿入されることによつて該上側シ
ートバツク部５が所定位置で仮止めされるように
なつている。従つて、この位置決めピン５ｈ及び
位置決めピン挿入孔６ｂにより本考案でいう仮止

肉となつて前方へ張出しており、一方パツケージ
トレイ基部５ｆの上方へ貼着されるクツシヨン材
はスピーカーを取付けたり、その他小物が置ける
よう薄肉に形成されると共に上記パツケージトレ
イ基部５ｆの形状に沿つて後方へ傾斜を有して小
物の前方への落下を防いでいる。また、該クツシ
ヨン材５ｂを覆う表皮には前述の如く耐光性に優
れたビニルレザーが用いられているためにリヤウ
インド８から入射する太陽光線によつて変形およ
び変色し難いものである。更に、該上側シートバ
ツク部５においても前記下側シートバツク部４と
同様にその両側部５ｋはドア閉鎖時においてドア
トリム７と一体的に見えるよう前方へ湾曲されて

この状態において、ブラケツト５ｇとボルト挿入
孔６ａの各３箇所をボルト止めし、その後パツケ
ージトレイ基部５ｆのマジツクテープ５ｊ，６ｃ
を押圧して係合させることによつて上側シートバ
ツク部５はリヤデツキ６へ取付けられる。そし
て、リヤシートバツク３の下側シートバツク部４
を、その後リヤシートクツシヨン２を従来の取付
け作業と同様に、リヤデツキ６に設けられたブラ
ケツトおよび挿入溝（共に図示省略）へボルト止
め若しくは挿入嵌合することによつて固着する。
以上の作業によりリヤシート１およびパツケージ
トレイ５ｄの取付けが完了され、シートの取付け
とは別にパツケージトレイの取付け作業を行う必

上述の如く本考案によれば、リヤシートバツク
を上側シートバツク部および下側シートバツク部
に分割すると共に、上記上側シートバツク部の両
側部と、該両側部に対応した上記リヤデツキの両
側部との間に仮止め手段を配設し、この仮止め手
段を、上側シートバツク部のリヤデツキへの取付
け時に該上側シートバツク部をリヤデツキに対し
て所定位置で仮止めしておくための位置決めピン
及び該位置決めピンが挿入される位置決め孔で構
成するようにしたために、１つのシートバツクに
おいて２種類の表皮が適用でき、室内のデザイン
性が向上されると共に、上側シートバツク部のリ
ヤデツキへの取付け時には、位置決めピンを位置
決めピン挿入孔に挿入させて上側シートバツク部
を仮止めした状態で締結部による締結が可能であ
るので、車体への組付け作業性が向上されたもの

成るリヤシートにおいて、 上記リヤシートバツクは上側シートバツク部お
よび下側シートバツク部に分割されており、上側
