【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 外筒3内に筆記軸体2を装着し、筒状体4の
前方部に螺旋路5を設け、外面にこの螺旋路5
に係合する係合子6を有する芯パイプ筒状受部
7を筆記軸体2の芯パイプ8に被着せしめ、外
筒3の内面に対しこの芯パイプ筒状受部7を軸
方向移動自在で、かつ回転方向にロツクされた
構造にし、筒状体4の内面には芯パイプ筒状受
部7の受け9を設け、当該筒状体4の後方部に
軸方向のスリツト10を設け、この筒状体4の
後方部内には、棒状物11が保持されスリツト
10に案内されるように棒状物ホルダ13を摺
動自在に収め、この棒状物ホルダ13には、外
筒3の後端に当接する筒状キヤツプ14の内面
に上記螺旋路5と同一方向に形成された螺旋溝
15に嵌入する突起16を設け、筒状キヤツプ
14と筒状体4を嵌合せしめてなるシヤープペ
ンシル。 (2) 外筒3と筒状キヤツプ14の外径を同一径と
した実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載のシヤ
ープペンシル。 (3) 螺旋路5の両端部を係合子6の始点,終点と
し、筒状体4の対向する前端部分には前端に開
放するスリツト23を設けてなる実用新案登録
請求の範囲第1項,第2項のいずれかに記載の
シヤープペンシル。 (4) 筒状キヤツプ14の内面に環状突起17を設
け、筒状体4の外面に環状突起17が嵌合する
係合部18を設けると共に、この係合部18は
筒状体4の外面に設けた突出片19と段部20

〜第3項のいずれかに記載のシヤープペンシ
