シ部材に関するものである。 [従来の技術] 建築用、店舗用、その他各種用途のサツシ部材
としては、アルミニウム型材が使用されている
が、このサツシ部材の耐久性や意匠性の改善され
たものとして、アルミニウム型材の表面にアルマ
イト加工、電着加工、一次電解着色加工、二次電
解着色加工、染色加工、樹脂塗装加工、メツキ加
工を施したもの、あるいはアルミニウム型材の表
面に必要に応じて、着色加工、金属蒸着や印刷模
様を施した塩化ビニール樹脂フイルム、ポリエチ
レンテレフタレートフイルム、アクリル樹脂フイ
ルムや弗素樹脂フイルムなどの一層フイルム、あ
るいは必要に応じて着色加工、金属蒸着、印刷模
様を施した塩化ビニール樹脂フイルム−アクリル
樹脂フイルムやアクリル樹脂フイルム−アクリル
樹脂フイルムなどの二層フイルムを貼り付けるこ
とが知られている。 しかしながら、サツシ部材に金属蒸着法やスパ
ツタリング法と印刷との組み合せにより鏡面性又
は金属感と単色や木目等の模様を有する意匠感を

とができるが、この場合でも、金属膜と基材との
接触腐食や金属が酸等に弱いなどの理由により耐
薬品性等に問題があつた。 [問題点を解決するための手段] 本考案は、前述の問題点を解決すべくなされた
ものであり、サツシ基材上に、順次塩化ビニール
樹脂フイルムと、金属薄膜と、ポリエチレンテレ
フタレートフイルムと、印刷模様と、アクリル樹
脂フイルム又は弗素樹脂フイルムからなる最外層
とが積層してなる化粧サツシ部材を提供するもの
である。 以下、本考案を図面に従つて説明する。 図面は本考案の一具体例に係る化粧サツシ部材
の概略横断面説明図であり、1はアルミニウム、
ステンレスなどの金属又は繊維強化セメントなど
のセラミツクスからなるサツシ基材、2は透明乃
至半透明性の塩化ビニール樹脂フイルム、3は表
面に鏡面感と透明性乃至半透明性の所望の反射色
調及び透過色調を有する金属薄膜、4はそれ自体
透明乃至半透明性のポリエチレンテレフタレート
フイルム(ポリエステルフイルム)、5は有色又
は無色の所望の意匠感を有する印刷模様、6は無
色又は有色の透明性乃至半透明性のアクリル樹脂
フイルム、又は弗素樹脂フイルムからなる最外層
を示す。 本考案において、サツシ基材2と塩化ビニール
樹脂フイルム2とポリエチレンテレフタレート4
とアクリル樹脂フイルム又は弗素樹脂フイルム6
とは、それぞれ透明性の接着剤又は粘着剤により
接着され、積層される。 上記金属薄膜3は、真空蒸着法、スパツター法
などの物理的蒸着法により形成されたCr,Ag,
Al,Au,ステンレス、真ちゆうなどの反射性を
有する透明性乃至半透明性の薄膜が最適である。 かかる金属薄膜は塩化ビニール樹脂フイルム2
のいずれか一方の面、あるいは両面に予め形成し
てもよいし、又、ポリエチレンテレフタレートフ
イルム4の塩化ビニール樹脂フイルム2側の表面
に予め形成してもよいが、金属薄膜3の形成の容
易さ、意匠性などの点からサツシ基材1側のポリ
エチレンテレフタレートフイルム2面上に形成す
るのが最適である。 又、印刷模様5は、前記金属薄膜3との組合せ
により特有な意匠効果を与えるための模様であ
り、例えば所望の木目模様、エンボス模様、斑点
模様、ストライブ模様、ヘアライン模様、その他
各種のパターン模様、又は無地模様などが選ばれ
る。かかる印刷模様5は、ポリエチレンテレフタ
レートフイルム4のいずれか一方の面、あるいは
両面に予め形成してもよいし、又、アクリル樹脂
フイルム、又は弗素樹脂フイルムのポリエチレン
テレフタレートフイルム側の表面に形成してもよ
いが、印刷模様5の形成の容易さ、意匠性などの
点からサツシ基材1の表面と反対面側のポリエチ
レンテレフタレートフイルム4面に形成するのが
最適である。 又、最外層は、表面の光沢性、仕上げ感や耐久
性を付与するものであり、アクリル樹脂フイルム
又は弗素樹脂フイルム、特に弗素樹脂フイルムが
最適である。かかる最外層はフイルム状のものを
貼り付けたものであつてもよいし、あるいは又ア
クリル樹脂塗料又は弗素樹脂塗料を塗布して硬化
させた塗膜状のフイルムであつても差し支えな
い。 本考案において最も好ましい具体例は、サツシ
基材上に、順次塩化ビニール樹脂フイルムと、前
記塩化ビニール樹脂フイルム側面に金属薄膜とそ
の反対面に印刷模様が形成されたポリエチレンテ
レフタレートフイルムとを上記印刷模様の形成面
がサツシ用基材側と反対側となる様に積層し、更
に前記印刷模様形成面上にアクリル樹脂フイルム
又は弗素樹脂フイルムからなる最外層とを積層し
てなるものである。 本考案においては、例えば上記塩化ビニール樹
脂フイルムと金属薄膜及び印刷模様付きポリエチ
レンテレフタレートフイルムとアクリル樹脂フイ
ルム又は弗素樹脂フイルムとを予め積層して一体
化しておき、サツシ用基材に貼り付けられる模様
にしておけば、サツシ用基材表面に、この積層フ
イルムをフイルムラツピング法により貼り付ける
だけで容易に製造することができる。 なお、本考案は上記した様な3層のフイルムを
サツシ用基材面上に積層したものであるが、更に
同種のフイルムの一種あるいは二種、あるいはそ
の他のフイルムを積層させ、4層以上の積層体と
して高意匠感を与えてもよい。 又、アルミニウム、ステンレスなどの金属から
なるサツシ用基材の場合、その基材表面をクロメ
ート処理、アルマイト処理、電着処理などの加工
を施しても差し支えない。 [実施例] 下表記載の各構成のサンプルについて性能試験
を行なつた結果を下表に示す。
