ことができず、また破風板に対する軒天板の取付
けも別個に保持部材あるいは取付部材等を必要と
し、部材が多くなるとともに施工に手間がかかる
という問題点があつた。 本考案は上記問題点を解決し、剛性が大で、強
度的に強く、強風、振動等により容易に破損する
ことがなく、大工が現場作業にて簡単に取付ける
ことができるとともに1個の破風板で多種類の高
さ寸法の異なる母屋に用いることができ、しかも
保持部材あるいは取付部材等を別個に必要とせ
ず、部材点数を減らし、かつ破風板に対する軒天
板の取付けを容易に行うことができる施工簡単な
破風板を提供することを目的とするものである。

なることを特徴とするものである。

母屋取付部材であつて、カラー鉄板、カラーアル

は第1〜2図示のように長辺側に沿つて軒天板取
付溝11bを有するとともに下端部は前記係止用
鈎状部9のいずれかに係止可能の係止用鈎状部1
1cを有するものである。11dは前記母屋取付
部材11の水平板部であつて、第2図示のように
釘12によつて母屋13の下面に止着されるもの
である。14は軒天板であつて、その先端縁14
aは前記垂直板部11aの軒天板取付溝11bに
挿入可能に形成されているとともに後端縁14b
側は釘15により母屋13の下面もしくは壁16
等に止着可能に形成されているが、前記軒天板1

鈎状部11cに係合し、この状態で前記母屋取付
部材11の水平板部11dを釘12によつて母屋
13の下面に止着して取付け、さらに前記母屋取
付部材11の垂直板部11aの上端部側に形成し
た軒天板取付溝11b内に軒天板14の先端縁1
4aを挿入し、前記軒天板14の後端縁14bを
釘15により壁16等に止着して施工を終了する
ものである。 (効果) 以上説明したように本考案によれば、帯板状金
属板の長辺側下端縁を断面略U字状の折曲端とな
すとともに前記折曲端の立上り板部に所要数の係
止用鈎状部を所要間隔をもつて長手方向に並設し
てなる破風板本体と、上端部側に軒天板取付溝を
有し、かつ下端部を前記係止用鈎状部に係止可能
の係止用鈎状部となした垂直板部および母屋の下
面に止着可能の水平板部を一体に形成してなる断
面略逆L字状の帯板状金属板製母屋取付部材とか
らなるものであるから、施工に際しては大工が現
場作業にて母屋の太さ寸法(高さ寸法)に合せて
破風板本体と母屋取付部材の取付位置を上下方向
に容易に調整して簡単に施工を行うことができる
ものであるとともに、1個の破風板で多種類の高
さ寸法の異なる母屋に用いることができ、しかも
調整後の破風板本体の立上り板部と母屋取付部材
の垂直板部は相互に係止用鈎状部により一体に係
合固定されて破風板全体が断面略函状の構造体と
なるので全体構造的に剛性が非常に大となり、従
来の単なる平板状の破風板には全く期待できない
風圧、振動に対してかなり強固な耐久力を有する
ものとなるとともに材質的にも雨水による腐蝕が
少く、釘打部からの脱落を防止することができる
ものであり、また変質、劣化も少く、その上破風
板本体に対する軒天板の取付けを保持部材あるい
は取付部材等を別個に必要とすることもなく容易
に行うことができ、その分、部材点数を減らすこ
とができるとともに外観、体裁もよく意匠的効果
が大であり、かつ長期の使用に供し得る等、種々
の優れた効果を有するものである。
