あり、また型枠5は、上記パネル型1の底板2及
び周壁3の外面を夫々囲み且つ上面6aが開口し
た枠であつて、パネル型1がこの開口内へ着脱自
在に収められるものである。そして、型枠上面6
aはその周方向の一部6a′が窪んでおり、パネル

模様付けが行なわれるものであつて、好ましく
は、シリコンゴムでパネル型1が一体に成形され
る。型枠5は木や硬質プラスチツク或いは金属の
ような強度の高い材料で、パネル型1の外周を囲
む上面が開口した薄皿状に成形され、この中へ着
脱自在に嵌入されるパネル型1を所定形状に保持
するものであり、周縁部に突出する側周壁6の上
面6aが、上記舌片4にて覆われる一部6a′を除
いて、この型枠5内に収めたパネル型1の周壁3
の上面と略面一となる。この舌片4は、第4図及
び第5図に示すように、パネル型1の一つのコー
ナ部に対応する周壁3の上端の一部3a′より外側
方に向けて略水平に延出し、パネル型1を型枠5
内に収めた時に、舌片4が型枠5の側周壁上面6
の一部6a′を巾方向の全長に亘つて覆うものであ
り、パネル型1内へのウレタン樹脂のような発泡
樹脂の供給は、この舌片4上方を通つてパネル型
1の上方に移動する注入ヘツド(図示せず)を用
いて行なわれる。従つて、パネル型1内外に移動
する際に注入ヘツドより洩れる樹脂は舌片4で受
け止められて、型枠5上面に付着することがな
く、その結果、洩れ出た樹脂によつてパネル型1
と型枠5とがつながるようなことが起らず、パネ
ル型1を型枠5から容易に取り出すことができる
ものであり、後はシリコンゴムでできた軟かいパ
ネル型1をめぐるようにしてパネル型1内で発泡
