Abstract

(57)【要約】 【目的】 引剥がし可能、再接着可能なラベルを共存す
る帳票を提供すること。 【構成】 帳票は、用紙と転移テープとから作られる。
用紙の後面に転移テープを接着剤によって接着する。こ
の部分に用紙の前面からダイ切断線をいれて少なくとも
１つのラベルを形成する。又、用紙には、両側縁に沿っ
て移送孔が設けてある。一方の移送孔に近接して平行に
ミシン目を設け、さらに、転移テープの側縁に近接して
平行にミシン目を形成する。したがって、この帳票は、
移送孔によって印刷機に送って所要情報をラベルにも同
時に印刷できる。ラベルは引剥がして後面に転移テープ
から転移されている接着剤によって容易に他の所要箇所
に接着できる。残りの帳票の部分は、通常の帳票として
使用できる。

【考案の詳細な説明】

【産業上の利用分野】
本考案は、たとえば、容易に剥がし得る通信宛名が記載され得るようなラベル を有しているラベル付き帳票に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
帳票には、たとえば、顧客に各種情報を提供する部分を有するもの、返信用封 筒を一体に内蔵しているもの、複写し得るものなどその他多くの形式のものが知 られている。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、従来の帳票では、前記のような機能を有しているが、返信を要 するのに返信用封筒が同封されていないために用意した封筒に宛先を筆記しなけ ればならないとか、記載情報を残しておきたい場合、その部分を切取って糊をつ けて他の箇所に貼付ける必要があるなどといったような不便があるといったよう な問題があり、これらの問題を解決するために、取剥がして再貼付できるような ラベルのような部分を並有する帳票があれば簡単で便利に多くの異なる事務処理 を達成することができるので、このような帳票の出現が望まれていた。
【０００４】 本考案は、通常の帳票に引剥がし可能で再貼付可能なラベル部分を並有するよ うな帳票を提供することを目的とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本考案者は、前記問題を解決し、前記目的を解決するために工夫を重ねた結果 、帳票に、接着剤を転移することができる転移テープを後面に接着し、前面から ダイ切断することによってラベル部分を構成した帳票とすることによって目的を 達し得ることを認めて本考案を完成するに至った。すなわち、本考案は、前面と 後面及び互いに平行な２つの側縁とをもちかつ両側縁に近接して平行に２つの移 送孔を設けた用紙と、接着剤が塗布された一方の面と接着剤のない後面と一対の 平行な２つの側縁をもつ転移テープとを有し、前記用紙の後面に前記転移テープ を接着剤によってその両側縁が用紙の両側縁に平行になるように前記移送孔のい ずれかに近接して接着され、転移テープの接着部分の用紙の前面にダイ切断され て少なくとも１つ形成されたラベルを設けてなるラベル付き帳票である。
【０００６】 本考案の用紙は、平行な頂縁、底縁及び両側縁を有し、両側縁の内側に多数の 移送孔があけられ、一方の移送孔のすぐ内側にミシン目が設けられている。さら に、転移テープが用紙の頂縁から底縁の間に亘って用紙の後面に接着されている 。転移テープが接着されている用紙の前面側からダイ切断して少なくとも１つの ラベルを形成するが、複数個のラベルを形成することが好ましく、又、転移テー プの内側の縁に近く用紙にミシン目を設け、用紙の転移テープを接着した残りの 部分は、転移テープの幅より広い幅をもつようにすることが好ましい。ダイ切断 された箇所をラベル部分だけを残して取除くようにする。本考案帳票は、単層と して構成しても２層以上の多重層帳票としてもよく、前記帳票を単位として多数 を連設した連続帳票としてもよい。
【０００７】 本考案帳票は、転移テープを用紙の後面に、用紙の頂縁から底縁の間に伸びる ように接着する工程、その部分の前面側から少なくとも１つの切抜きラベルを形 成し、かつ、ラベルの周辺を取巻いてダイ切断区域を形成するようにダイ切断す る工程、ミシン目を用紙の少なくとも一方の移送孔に近接して設けさらに転移テ ープの内側の縁に近接して設ける工程、転移テープが接着されていない残りの区 域を好ましくはラベルとともに印刷するように用紙の両側にある移送孔を使用し て印刷機に送り印刷する工程によって製作し得る。

【実施例】
次に、本考案の実施例を添付の図面に基づいて述べる。
【０００９】 図１は、本考案の単層帳票の一実施例を帳票形成時の転移テープを接着する例 で示す後面図、図２は、本考案の単層帳票の一実施例を中間工程において示す正 面図、図３は、本考案帳票を多層型とした一実施例を一部剥離して示す正面図、 図４は、図３に示す帳票から剥離されたダイ切断片例を一部折曲げて示す正面図 である。
【００１０】 図面において、１０は、本考案の帳票であって、次のように構成されている。 すなわち、１１は、用紙であって、平行な頂縁１１−１、底縁１１−２及び両方 の側縁１５、側縁１７をもつ切断シートでよいが、連続帳票を形成し得るように 長いロール状でもよく、両方の側縁１５、１７に近接して移送孔１６及び移送孔 １８が用紙１１の頂縁１１−１と底縁１１−２に達するように平行にそれぞれ設 けられ、少なくとも一方の移送孔に近接して用紙１１の頂縁１１−１と底縁１１ −２に達するミシン目１９があけられている。１２は、転移テープであって、そ の幅は、用紙１１の幅の半分以下であることが好ましく、一方の面に、接着後、 接着した他の面に接着剤を転移することができる接着剤１３が塗布され、その後 面１４には接着剤は塗布されていない。転移テープ１２は、用紙１１の頂縁１１ −１と底縁１１−２との間に伸び、転移テープ１２の両側縁１４′、１４″が用 紙１１の両側縁１５、１７と平行になるように接着する。１９は、大区域であっ て、図２に示すように転移テープ１２が接着されている左側に、転移テープ１２ の幅よりも広い幅で形成することが好ましく、発信文その他の情報を記載し得る ようになっている。２４は、ダイ切断線であって、用紙１１の転移テープ１２が 接着されている面とは反対側である前面側から転移テープ１２の両側縁１４′、 １４″に間隔をおいて平行にダイ切断されて形成されている。２５、２６、２７ 、２８は、ダイ切断線であって、ダイ切断線２４と同様に転移テープ１２接着部 に用紙１１の前面側からダイ切断して形成され、囲まれた区域内にラベル２９を 形成している。２９は、ラベルであって、ダイ切断線２５、２６、２７、２８に よって形成され、これを転移テープ１２から引剥がしたとき裏面に転移テープ１ ２の接着剤１３が転移し、他の箇所に再接着し得るようになっている。３０は、 ミシン目であって、転移テープ１２の側縁１４′に近接して平行に用紙の頂縁１ １−１と底縁１１−２との間に亘って設けられている。３３は、ダイ切断片であ って、図２に示す状態から各ダイ切断線２４、２５、２６、２７、２８に沿って 転移テープ１２から引剥がして形成され、用紙１１の部分であり、後面に接着剤 １３が転移し、転写テープ１２上に残されたラベル２９に相当する窓３４があけ られた形になっている。
【００１１】 本考案帳票はこのように構成され前記のように形成されるものであるから、帳 票１０の移送孔１６、１８によってコンピュータ制御印刷機（図示せず）へ送っ て、大区域２１及びラベル２９に所要情報を印刷し、連続帳票ならば個々の帳票 に分離する。ついで、ダイ切断片３３を各ダイ切断線２４〜２８に沿って引剥が し、残りの帳票１０を発送したり手渡ししたりする。これを受取った人は、ラベ ル２９を引剥がして所要箇所へラベル２９の後面に転移した接着剤１３によって 接着し、大区域２１は保管その他適宜の手段をとる。なお、ダイ切断片３３は、 印刷前に引剥がしておくこともできる。
【００１２】 次に、図３及び図４において３５、３６は、用紙の層であって、帳票１０を多 層型とするときに用紙１１の下側におかれ、この用紙３５、３６には、転移テー プ１２が接着されていなく、ミシン目１９、３０に相当する箇所にミシン目を有 するか、ミシン目３０に相当する箇所が側縁となる大きさにされ、用紙１１に適 宜手段によって取付けられる。このようにした以外は、前記図１及び図２に示す 実施例と同様に構成した。

【考案の効果】
本考案は、用紙の後面に転移テープを接着しこの部分の前面からダイ切断して ラベルを形成したものであるから、ラベルを一つの用紙上に引剥がし可能で再接 着可能として他の情報提供区域と共存した帳票を得ることができたものであって 、きわめて大きな効果が認められる。

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 【請求項１】 前面と後面及び互いに平行な側縁(15, 1
    7)とをもちかつ両側縁(15, 17)に近接して平行に移送孔
    (16, 18)を設けた用紙と、接着剤(13)が塗布された一方
    の面と接着剤のない後面(14)と一対の平行な側縁(14',
    14")をもつ転移テープ(12)とを有し、前記用紙(11)の後
    面に前記転移テープ(12)を接着剤(13)によってその両側
    縁(14', 14")が用紙(11)の両側縁(15, 17)に平行になる
    ように前記移送孔(16, 18)のいずれかに近接して接着さ
    れ、転移テープ(12)の接着部分の用紙(11)の前面にダイ
    切断されて少なくとも１つ形成されたラベル(29)を設け
    てなるラベル付き帳票。
