Abstract

PURPOSE:To restrict a continuous operation of humidification caused by a delay in time of stopping humidification and avoid excessive humidification by a method wherein it is judged whether a sensed air humidity of an air conditioner is inclined to be recovered or not, and when the result of judgement is inclined to recover due to a lack of humidity, a gasification type humidity is controlled to be stopped. CONSTITUTION:Humidity in the air for air conditioner is detected by a humidity sensor 4. A gasification-type humidifier 3 is controlled for its starting and stopping in such a manner that the humidity is kept at a set value in response to the result of the sensing. In this case, a judgement part 6 judges whether the humidity is inclined to recover in response to a result of sensing of the humidity sensor 4. Operation of a humidifier 3 is controlled by a control part 7 in response to the result of the judgement. The judgement part 6 is comprised of a variation sensing part 6a for sensing a variation state of the detected humidity and a signal output part 6b for sensing each of a lack-eliminating signal and an excess-eliminating signal of the humidity. Further the control part 7 outputs a stopping signal to the humidifer 3 when an output of the lack eliminating signal is performed and outputs a starting signal when an excess eliminating signal is outputted, respectively.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as shown in FIG. 4, when the humidity rises above the upper limit value RH2 of the dead zone of the set value and the Humidistat is turned on, the vaporization type humidifier is deactivated and the lower limit is reached. The vaporization type humidifier is configured to start operating when the value falls below the value RH1 and the Humidistat is turned off.

However, according to the above-mentioned conventional technique, the humidification is not started immediately after the operation of the vaporization type humidifier is started, and the operation is not stopped immediately after the operation is stopped. It takes time for the humidifying element of the post-humidifier to get wet, and also for the humidifying element to dry after the operation is stopped. Therefore, humidification is appropriate even after the evaporation humidifier is deactivated by turning off the hemidistat. For a considerable period of time, the humidity rise stops, that is, there is a time delay before the humidification stops, and the humidifier does not humidify even after the humidifier is turned on. It continues for a long time, the decline of humidity stops, that is, there is a time delay before the start of humidification,
Although the humidity was controlled, the fluctuation range of humidity was large and the control accuracy was low. An object of the present invention is to improve humidity control accuracy.

A first feature of the humidity control device for an air conditioner according to the present invention is that a vaporization type humidifier is provided so that the humidity is maintained within a set range based on the detection result of the humidity detecting means. To configure the control means to stop, the determination unit that determines whether the humidity is in a recovery tendency based on the detection result of the humidity detection unit, and when the determination result of the determination unit is a recovery tendency from insufficient humidity A control unit for outputting a stop signal to the vaporization type humidifier is provided. A second feature is that, in addition to the first feature, the control unit is configured to output a start signal to the vaporization-type humidifier when the determination result of the determination unit indicates a tendency to recover from excessive humidity. There is a point.

According to the first feature, the humidification stop is performed by stopping the operation of the vaporization type humidifier when there is a tendency to recover from insufficient humidity. Therefore, the humidification stop is delayed after the operation of the vaporization type humidifier is stopped. However, the time delay of the humidification stop from the time when the humidity recovers to the set range can be made zero or small. According to the second feature, the humidification is started by starting the operation of the vaporization type humidifier when there is a tendency to recover from excessive humidity, so that the humidification is started after the start of the operation of the vaporization type humidifier. However, the humidity can reduce the time delay of the start of humidification from the time when the humidity is restored to the set range to zero or small.

Therefore, according to the first feature of the present invention,
It is possible to suppress the continuation of humidification due to the time delay of the humidification stop as much as possible, and avoid excessive humidity, which is more likely to cause inconvenience than insufficient humidity. Further, according to the second feature of the present invention, the fluctuation range of the humidity due to the time delay of the start of humidification and the stop of humidification can be reduced, and the humidity can be controlled with high accuracy.

EXAMPLE As shown in FIG. 1, the air-conditioning equipment includes a feed path SA for distributing and supplying air-conditioning air from an air-conditioning unit 1 using a heat pump to an air-conditioning target room 2 and a air-conditioning unit 1 from the air-conditioning target room 2 An air return path RA is provided, and a humidity control device is provided. In the humidity control device, the air conditioning unit 1 is provided with a vaporization type humidifier 3 for humidifying air,
A humidity detecting means 4 for detecting the humidity of the air for air conditioning, and a control means 5 for starting and stopping the vaporization type humidifier 3 so that the humidity is maintained within a set range based on the detection result of the humidity detecting means 4. It is provided and configured. The humidity detecting means 4 is
It is a humidity sensor that detects the humidity of the air for air conditioning in the feed path SA. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the control means 5 determines whether the humidity is in a recovery tendency based on the humidity detected by the humidity sensor 4 and a judgment result of the judgment unit 6. On the basis of this, a controller 7 for controlling the operation of the vaporization type humidifier 3 is provided. The determination unit 6 is
A change detection unit 6a that detects the degree of change in the humidity detected by the humidity sensor 4, and the detection result obtained by the change detection unit 6a changes from falling to no change B
When the detected humidity of the humidity sensor 4 reaches the lower limit value RH1 of the set range after the change to the rise, the insufficient detection signal indicating that there is a tendency to recover from insufficient humidity, and the detection result by the change detection unit 6 When the detected humidity of the humidity sensor 4 reaches the upper limit value RH2 of the setting range after the change from the rising to the falling after passing through the no-change point T, the excess cancellation signal indicating that there is a tendency to recover from the excessive humidity is output. The signal output unit 6b. The control unit 7 outputs a stop signal when the deficiency elimination signal is input from the determination unit 6 due to a tendency to recover from insufficient humidity, and eliminates the excess amount from the determination unit 6 due to a recovery tendency from excessive humidity. When a signal is input, a start signal is output to each of the vaporization type humidifiers 3. Therefore, in the case of the above configuration, the vaporization type humidifier 3 stops operating while the surface of the humidification element of the vaporization type humidifier 3 is in the wet state W, and the vaporization type humidifier 3 operates while in the dry state D. Start. In the embodiment described above, the determination unit 6 uses the humidity detected by the humidity sensor 4 as the lower limit value RH of the set range.
When it increased to 1, it was determined that there was a tendency to recover from insufficient humidity, and when it fell to the upper limit value RH2, there was a tendency to recover from excessive humidity. The tendency to recover from lack of humidity when the temperature continues to rise for a set time after changing from to rising, and the tendency to recover from excessive humidity when the temperature continues to fall for a set time after changing from rising to falling. It may be determined to be in. In the above embodiment, the humidity sensor is provided as the humidity detecting means, but a hemistat may be provided. In this case, it will be implemented by providing two hemi-distats. In other words, one side is equipped with a Humidistat and the humidity is set to the lower limit R
It is set to turn on when H1 or more, and set to turn on when the humidity is equal to or higher than the upper limit value RH2. It is determined that there is a tendency to recover from insufficient humidity and that there is a tendency to recover from excessive humidity due to switching of the other Humidistat from ON to OFF. When the present invention is carried out, there is less inconvenience when the humidity is too low compared to when the humidity is too high. Therefore, the humidification may be started when the lower limit value RH1 is detected.
