2. Description of the Related Art In recent years, heating has been performed by incorporating a heater unit into a vehicle seat. The conventional configuration of this heater unit will be described below with reference to FIGS.
This will be described with reference to 1. As shown in FIG. 8, the heater unit 20 includes a flexible support member 21 such as felt.
And a heater wire 23. As shown in FIG. 5, a vehicle seat to which such a heater unit 20 is attached generally has groove-shaped depressions 7a and 7b formed in a skin 6 at a substantially central portion of a seat portion and a backrest portion of the seat 5. Therefore, as shown in FIG.
At the position where the depressions 7a and 7b are formed in the epidermis 6 of the
A suspension groove 13 is formed to accommodate the suspension. As a result, the structure of the heater unit 20 in the main pad 12 was as follows. That is, in the case of the position of the hanging groove 13 for picking up the skin 6, as shown in FIG. 8, the support 21 of the heater unit 20 cuts off the part for hanging the skin 6, but is divided by the hanging groove 13. It is necessary to connect the support 21 in the region and leave the connecting portion 22 for disposing the heater wire 23, and the connecting portion 22 is formed in a direction perpendicular to the length direction of the hanging groove 13.

The conventional heater unit 20 as described above has the following problems. (1) At the connecting portions 22, 22a, and 22b, since the skin 6 is hung, folds and wrinkles are likely to occur on the support body. It was necessary to take measures to improve (2) In order to improve flexibility, the connecting portions 22, 22
It has been known that increasing the meandering of the heater wire 23 at a and 22b is more effective, but for that purpose, the connecting portion 22
It was necessary to increase the width (area) of the. (3) However, conversely, the narrower the width of the connecting portions 22, 22a, 22b is, the better in order to form a sufficient depression in the skin 6, which is contrary to the measure for improving the flexibility. Therefore, the seat design (look) is inevitably prioritized, and a measure for improving the flexibility on the heater unit 20 side is required.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS An embodiment of the heater unit of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. 1 to 4 and 5 to 7. As shown in FIG. 1, in the heater unit 1, a heater wire 3 is held by a flexible support body 2 such as felt. Then, indentations 7 are formed in the skin 6 of the seat 5 shown in FIG.
A portion of the support body 2 where a and 7b are formed is cut off, and is a connection that connects the regions (upper and lower regions in the figure) of the support body 2 divided at the position of the suspension groove 13 of the main pad 12 shown in FIG. The parts 4a and 4b are formed.

Here, the connecting portions 4a and 4b are formed in an oblique direction with respect to the direction of the hanging groove 13 as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, and the heater wire 3 disposed in the connecting portions 4a and 4b is of course also formed. It is arranged diagonally according to the angle. FIG. 1 shows an example in which one connecting portion 4a, 4b is formed on each side of the heater unit 1. FIG. 2 shows an example in which one connecting portion 4a is formed substantially in the center of the heater unit 1.

In FIG. 3, the heater unit 1 having the connecting portions 4a and 4b is mounted on the outer skin 6 (on the back side), the hanging cloth 11 for the fishing through is inserted, and the hanging metal fitting 10 is inserted.
a and 4b are oblique to the hanging cloth 11.
The heater wire 3 is of course also arranged diagonally. The heater unit 1 shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 is a skin 6 of the seat 5 shown in FIG.
This is an example of the connecting portions 4a, 4b when the direction of the hanging groove 13 of the main pad 12 shown in FIG. 6 is formed in the left-right direction of the seat 5 in order to form the depressions 7a, 7b. When the direction of the suspension groove 13 of the main pad 12 is formed in the front-back direction of the seat 5 (not shown), the connecting portions 4a, 4
b can be formed in an oblique direction with respect to the direction of the hanging groove 13, and even in this case, the same effect as that of the above embodiment can be obtained.

FIG. 4 shows the connecting portions 4a, 4 of the heater unit 1.
Since b is formed in an oblique direction with respect to the direction of the hanging groove 13, the bending angle of the heater wire 3 is large even if creases occur.

In an experiment comparing the bending strengths of the heater unit 1 of the present invention and the heater unit 20 of the conventional example, the heater wire of the conventional heater unit 20 was broken about 1500 to 2000 times, whereas the heater wire of the present invention was broken. It was confirmed that the heater unit 1 was not broken even after 10,000 times and the flexibility was significantly improved.

As is apparent from the above embodiments, in the heater unit of the present invention, the connecting portion between the regions of the support divided by the groove is formed obliquely to the direction of the groove. Since it is a thing, the following effects can be acquired. (1) The flexibility of the connecting portion can be significantly improved.

Since the connecting portion is formed obliquely to the direction of the hanging groove, the bending angle of the heater wire is increased even if creases are generated, and the bending load applied to the heater wire is greatly reduced. It is possible to prevent disconnection of the heater wire. (2) It is not necessary to wind the heater wire in the connecting portion in a meandering manner, and the heater wire can be easily arranged. (3) The closer the inclination direction of the connecting portion is to the direction of the hanging groove (the heater wire arrangement at the connecting portion is made closer to parallel to the hanging groove).
Since the flexibility is improved, the width of the connecting portion can be narrowed. That is, the hanging portion of the epidermis can be lengthened, and the depression of the epidermis can be formed more reliably.
