【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、前記従来の構成ではリード線4とヒータ線2aと3aの確実な結線を行うため、結線部をホットメルト入り熱収縮チューブ(図示せず)で固定し、かつ、結線部をシートヒータ1の支持体に固定する必要性があり、製造工程において作業性を損なうという不具合があった。

また、図5に示すように、開口部5の端部6の狭い部分にヒータ線を配設する方法では表皮を座席に吊り込む場合、他の部分と比べ局部的に強度が弱い端部6を同時に吊り込むと着座、離座時の繰り返し加重でヒータ線がダメージを受け、やがて断線してしまうという不具合があり、また、この問題を避けるために端部6は吊り込まずに開口部の幅だけで吊り込むようにすると、表皮面が端部6の幅だけ吊り込みが甘くなり、デザイン上好ましくないという問題があった。

前記従来の課題を解決するために、本発明のシートヒータは、座席を構成するパッドの座面に左右方向および両端前後方向に吊り込み溝を有し、左右方向および前後方向の吊り込み溝に座席表皮の吊り布を吊り込ませて構成する自動車用座席の、パッドと表皮との間に装着するシートヒータであって、支持体と、この支持体に配設されるヒータ線と、表皮の左右方向に設けた吊り布を通すための開口部とを有するとともに、開口部の側方には支持体の幅から延出した橋渡し部を有し、開口部により前後方向に分割されたそれぞれの採暖エリアに配設されているヒータ線は橋渡し部に配設したヒータ線と一続きになっており、かつ、橋渡し部は、表皮の吊り布を吊り込ませる際に、前後方向の吊り込み溝に沿って下方向に倒れるようにしたものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
発明は、座席を構成するパッドの座面に左右方向および両端前後方向に吊り込み溝を有し、前記左右方向および前後方向の吊り込み溝に座席表皮の吊り布を吊り込ませて構成する自動車用座席の、前記パッドと前記表皮との間に装着するシートヒータであって、前記シートヒータは、支持体と、前記支持体に配設されるヒータ線と、前記表皮の左右方向に設けた前記吊り布を通すための開口部とを有するとともに、前記開口部の側方には前記支持体の幅から延出した橋渡し部を有し、前記開口部により前後方向に分割されたそれぞれの採暖エリアに配設されている前記ヒータ線は前記橋渡し部に配設した前記ヒータ線と一続きになっており、かつ、前記橋渡し部は、前記表皮の前記吊り布を吊り込ませる際に、前記前後方向の吊り込み溝に沿って下方向に倒れるようにしたため、吊り布を回避できる。
