Abstract

PURPOSE:To secure the air conditioning of the whole space of a passenger cabin even though either one side air conditioner is out of order, by making a duct system in a car into plural ducts extending from one side end to the other side end in the passenger cabin, and using one parts of these ducts for one side air conditioner, while the other parts for the other side air conditioner. CONSTITUTION:Air conditioners 2A and 2B have two lower blowoff ports 2R and 2L arranged in parallel in the body width direction, a duct 7 in a car is extended along the whole length of a passenger cabin, and it is divided into four ducts 7a to 7d through partitions 8A, 8B, and 8C. The air whose temperature is regulated by the air conditioners 2A or 2B is blown off to one ends of the divided ducts 7b and 7c, or 7a and 7d, it flows down into the passenger cabin from blowoff ports 6 while flowing through the both divided ducts 7b and 7c, or 7a and 7d to the other ends. As a result, even though one side air conditioner 2B is out of order, the air whose temperature has been regulated by the other side air conditioner 2A flows down from one side end to the other side end of the passenger cabin, and the condition the passenger cabin is not air-conditioned partially is never generated.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In this conventional configuration,
Since the in-vehicle duct 5A shares the left half in the passenger room diagram and the in-vehicle duct 5B shares the right half in the passenger room diagram, for example, the air conditioner 2B that blows the temperature-controlled air to the in-car duct 5B is used. In the case of a breakdown, there was a problem that the left half of the room map would not be air-conditioned.

In the present embodiment, the air whose temperature is controlled by the air conditioner 2A is blown to one end of the divided ducts 7b and 7c (on the one end side of the passenger compartment), and the two divided ducts 7b and 7c are connected to the other end. While flowing to (the other end side of the guest room), it flows down from the outlet 6 into the guest room. Further, the air whose temperature is controlled by the air conditioner 2B is blown out to the other ends of the divided ducts 7a and 7d (on the other end side of the passenger compartment), so that both divided ducts 7a and 7d are blown.
While flowing a and 7d to one end portion (the one end portion side of the passenger compartment), it flows down from the outlet 6 into the passenger compartment. Therefore, even if the air conditioner 2B fails, the air whose temperature has been adjusted by the air conditioner 2A flows down from the in-vehicle duct 7 from one end side to the other end side of the passenger compartment, so that a part of the passenger compartment is air-conditioned. The situation of not being done does not occur.

It should be noted that in the above-described embodiment, the vehicle interior duct 7 has four ducts.
Although it is divided into two divided ducts, the same effect can be obtained by dividing into two ducts, one for the air conditioner 2A and the other for the air conditioner 2B.

As described above, according to the present invention, the in-vehicle duct is a plurality of ducts extending from one end to the other end of the passenger compartment. Some of these ducts are for one air conditioner and the rest are one air conditioner. Since it is for a device, even if one of the air conditioners fails, it is possible to air-condition the entire guest room.
