However, when the door function is not adjusted during installation adjustment, or when performing various inspections with the door open during inspection, the same terminal 5 (P) as the inspection terminal 5 (P) is (DC) may be short-circuited to virtually close the door during work. This inspection terminal 5 is added in the form of a terminal block or the like within the elevator control panel, so that it can be easily connected to a tester rod or the like. Normally, these operations are carried out by an inspector or worker who selects the elevator switch 4 from the normal mode to the inspection mode, and in the inspection mode, the elevator
The circuit configuration is such that only when an inspector or worker performs an operation to raise or lower the elevator, the elevator operates at a safe speed lower than the rated speed of the elevator. Therefore, during such inspection work, a high level of safety is ensured by the inspector/worker being careful about opening the door himself and by the configuration of the operation operation circuit described above. However, if the elevator has already been adjusted for high-speed operation, or if the door is opened for work or maintenance/inspection during normal inspection after operation, the inspection terminal If 5(P) and 5(DC) are short-circuited and returned from inspection mode to normal operation, the basic function of the elevator, which is to run only when the door is closed, will be disrupted. In other words, normally, the circuit configuration allows raising and lowering operations only when the doors are confirmed to be closed (including hall side and car side doors), but due to a short circuit in the door close confirmation circuit, the door has already been closed. In order to confirm that the process has been completed, the ascending/descending operation circuit is established even though the door is open. In this state, the elevator would continue to run even with the doors open, creating a serious problem that could lead to personal injury in the worst case scenario.

[Purpose of the invention] This invention was created in view of the above problems.
To provide a safety circuit for an elevator that allows the elevator to operate normally even if a short-circuited door closing confirmation circuit for inspection is erroneously neglected to restore after installation adjustment work or inspection work.

This invention is operated in parallel with a door closure confirmation circuit that is constructed by connecting the door closure confirmation circuit in series with the door closure confirmation circuit installed on the hall door and car door of each floor, respectively, and is operated during inspection operation of the elevator. A switch that closes in conjunction with a check switch that is connected to the circuit and a check terminal that connects the door close confirmation circuit in a short-circuited manner are connected in series, and when the check switch is in the normal operation mode, the door close confirmation circuit is closed. To achieve the above purpose, the above purpose is made invalid.

Fig. 1 shows an embodiment of the present invention. In the figure, 1A, 1B, 1C... are normally open door switches for checking the closed state of the hall doors (each door is opened and closed when the elevator stops). (The circuit is closed when the door is closed.) 2 is a normally open door switch to confirm the closed state of the car door (If the door is installed in two directions, it is installed in each direction.) 3 is the door switch that closes the door. This confirmation relay is energized when the door close confirmation circuit made up of all door switches is energized. Furthermore, 4 is the normally open contact of the present invention of the inspection switch that switches from normal operation to inspection operation (the circuit is closed in the inspection mode), and 5 is the connection point (DC) of the present invention for the connection point (DC) in the figure. This is a check terminal (DCX) for jumper shorting the check circuit.
In the figure, P and N indicate power supplies. The operation of the door close confirmation relay 3 and the operation when the check switch is turned on are already practiced and well known, and are outside the scope of the present invention, so a description thereof will be omitted.

If there is a short circuit in the door close confirmation circuit, check terminal 5 (DCX).
and the power supply P are short-circuited with a jumper wire. Therefore, when the check switch 4 is turned on, the short circuit is valid, but when the check switch 4 is opened and the normal operation mode is selected, the short circuit is invalid.

The gist of this invention is that by installing an inspection switch,
The door close confirmation circuit is configured so that the inspection terminal for short-circuiting works effectively, such as by configuring the door close confirmation relay shown in the figure with another circuit, or by using a relay contact instead of a switch. Needless to say, all of these are included in the present invention.

As explained above, according to the elevator safety circuit of the present invention, when inspection operation is performed with the door open with the door close confirmation circuit shorted due to the necessity of work during installation adjustment or maintenance inspection, A short circuit is created for the door closing confirmation circuit using a switch that is linked to the inspection switch and is energized during inspection, so when returning from inspection operation mode to normal operation mode, even if the short circuit is not restored, the door closure confirmation circuit will be activated. The circuit functions normally and safe normal operation is ensured.
