Abstract

(57)【要約】 (修正有) 【目的】本考案の目的は内装材料の補強材料として小片
が散乱して作業環境を悪化させ、かつ重量が大で深絞り
成形も困難なガラス繊維に代わる補強材料を提供するこ
とにある。 【構成】補強材料として竹繊維12を内装基材の片面ま
たは両面に積層する。

【考案の詳細な説明】

【産業上の利用分野】
本考案は自動車の天井材、ドアトリム、リアパーセル等の内装材に使用される 補強内装材料に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、この種の内装材料においては、レジンボード、ダンボール、合成樹脂含 浸ウレタン発泡体、ポリスチレン発泡体等が内装基材として用いられているが、 該内装基材の剛性を補強するには該内装基材の片面または両面にガラス繊維層等 を積層していた。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながらガラス繊維は取扱い中に小片が散乱して作業環境を著しく悪化さ せるし、また比重も大きく軽量な内装材料を得ることが出来ないし、硬く脆いの で深絞り成形も困難であった。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本考案は上記ガラス繊維に代えて補強材料として竹繊維を使用するものである 。
【0005】 本考案の内装基材としては、上記したようにレジンボード、ダンボール、合成 樹脂(プレポリマー、オリゴマー、モノマー等も含む)含浸ウレタン発泡体、ポ リスチレン発泡体等が用いられる。
【0006】 本考案において竹繊維とは竹繊維をニードルパンチによって絡合したフェルト 、竹繊維の編織物、竹繊維を合成樹脂バインダーで結着した不織布、竹繊維散布 層等であり、該竹繊維層はホットメルト接着剤、酢酸ビニル系接着剤、アクリル 系接着剤、ウレタン系接着剤、メラミン系接着剤、尿素系接着剤、合成ゴム系接 着剤等によって該内装基材の片面または両面に接着される。

【作用】
竹繊維はパイプ状であって低比重で剛性があり優れた補強性能を有する。また 竹繊維は可撓性があるから小片を散乱させるようなことはなく、深絞り成形も可 能である。

【実施例】
〔実施例1〕 図1に示すようにジイソシアネート含浸ポリウレタン発泡体(11)とメラミン樹 脂を含浸した竹繊維不織布(12)とを重合してプレス成形型(4) の上型(41)と下型 (42)との間にセットし、150℃、1分のホットプレスを行ない天井形状に成形 する。このようにして製造された天井基材(1) には図2に示すように、更にホッ トメルト接着剤層(22)を介して表装材(21)が貼着され天井材(3) となる。
【0009】 〔実施例2〕 図3に示すように、ポリスチレン発泡体(51)とホットメルト接着剤層(53)を裏 打ちした竹繊維布(52)とを夫々150℃、1分加熱した上で重合し、真空成形型 (8) の上型(81)と下型(82)との間にセットし、常温で真空成形を行なってドアト リム形状にする。このようにして製造されたドアトリム基材(5) にはアクリル系 接着剤(62)によって表装材(61)が貼着されてドアトリム(7) となる。

【考案の効果】
したがって本考案では、作業環境を悪化させることなく、軽量でかつ深絞り成 形も容易な補強内装材料が提供される。
