[Prior Art]

Conventionally, in an intermediate casing of a pump manufactured by press-forming a steel plate, as shown in FIG. 5, the main body has a side wall (bottom portion) on one side (left side front side in the figure) of a cylindrical outer peripheral wall (side portion) 1. The end faces 3a and 4a of the main body are formed by machining the end 3 and the opening 4 connected to the side wall 2 of the cylindrical outer peripheral wall 1 in a direction perpendicular to the axis. The spigot (fitting) diameter portion is formed by machining the outer diameter surface (outer surface) 3b of the end portion 3 and the inner diameter surface (inner surface) surface 4b of the opening 4. The end surfaces 3a and 4a and the spigot diameter portions 3b and 4b are maintained in accuracy by the above-described machining.

A return passage 8 is formed between the welded guide vane side plate 7. Further, the diffuser flow path 6a of the guide vane 6 is constituted by the blade portion 6b and the intermediate casing side wall 2, and the outer diameter surface 6c of the guide vane is fitted to the inner diameter surface 1a of the outer peripheral wall 1 of the intermediate casing. There is. In the figure, 9 is a shaft and 10 is a liner ring. FIG. 6 is an assembly cross-sectional view in which the above intermediate casing is incorporated in a multi-stage pump, in which the same reference numerals as those shown in FIG. 5 denote the same or similar parts. [Problems to be solved by the device]

In the structure of the conventional example (FIGS. 5 and 6) described above, the outer diameter surface 6c of the resin guide vane 6 is fitted to the inner diameter surface 1a of the outer peripheral wall 1 of the intermediate casing, and the guide made of synthetic resin is used. Vane, especially nylon, has a large outer diameter due to swelling with water and expansion due to temperature, and it fits tightly with the inner diameter surface of the intermediate casing, which requires great effort when disassembling the pump. In particular, in the case of an intermediate casing of the type having a side wall 2 on the impeller inlet side, and one surface of the flow passage 6a of the diffuser portion of the guide vane 6 is constituted by the side wall member 2, the intermediate casing when the pump is disassembled. When disassembling the main body and the guide vanes 6, it is necessary to pull out the guide vanes 6 over the entire length of the casing, which causes a problem that a large amount of labor is required.

Further, in order to prevent the guide vanes 6 from rotating, it is necessary to provide a means such as providing a convex portion on the casing main body side. However, if the convex portion is provided by molding, the material for the molding is formed. If another member is attached by pulling or by welding, there is a problem that the casing deforms due to the stress at the time of welding, and as a result, the inlay (fitting) part and the end surface are finally It was necessary to finish by cutting etc.

It is an object of the present invention to provide a steel plate intermediate casing that can be easily disassembled and assembled even if the synthetic resin guide vanes change in size due to swelling and expansion.

[Means for Solving the Problems]

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides an intermediate casing made of a steel plate having a side wall connected to an outer peripheral wall on the impeller inlet side by inserting a resin guide vane inside to form a flow path. A spacer made of a side wall member forming one surface of the flow path of the diffuser part of the guide vane and a cylindrical outer peripheral member extending from the outer peripheral part of the guide vane to the guide vane side is press-fitted into the intermediate casing. Alternatively, it is characterized in that the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical outer peripheral member of the spacer is fitted to the outer peripheral surface of the guide vane.

Further, a feature is that a convex portion directed toward the center is provided on a part of the cylindrical outer peripheral member of the spacer, and the convex portion is incorporated into the concave portion of the guide vane to prevent rotation of the guide vane. There is.

[Action]

Since the present invention is configured as described above, the pumped-up liquid sucked in from the impeller inlet is discharged from the impeller outlet, passes through the diffuser passage of the guide vane, and is pressure-recovered to guide the guide vane concave portion. Pass through the return passage to the next stage impeller.

The diffuser section flow path is constituted by the blade section formed in the guide vane and the spacer side wall member, and the outer diameter surface of the guide vane is fitted to the inner diameter surface of the outer peripheral member of the spacer. Since it does not come into direct contact with the intermediate casing, even if the guide vanes swell and become large, the only part that is fitted is the outer peripheral part of the spacer, and therefore it cannot be pulled out. It's relatively easy.

Further, the guide vane is prevented from rotating by incorporating the convex portion provided on a part of the cylindrical outer peripheral member of the spacer into the concave portion of the guide vane.

Next, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a sectional view of an intermediate casing showing an embodiment of the present invention. In the figure, the intermediate casing 20 has a cylindrical container shape made of a steel plate, and has a cylindrical outer peripheral wall 21 and a side wall 22 (corresponding to the bottom) on the impeller inlet side. Between this and the side wall 22, a cylindrical portion 23 having an outer diameter slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the opening and a relief portion 24 having a smaller diameter than the cylindrical portion 23 are integrally formed, and further connected to the relief portion 24. In this way, the flat surface portion 25 which becomes the side wall side end surface is formed, and the flat surface portion 25 and the cylindrical outer peripheral wall 21 are integrally connected via the protruding portion 26 which bulges (expands) outward in the radial direction. The flat surface portion 25 comes into contact with the end surface of the outer peripheral wall 21 of the intermediate casing in the preceding stage.

On the other hand, inside the intermediate casing body, a guide vane 30 made of synthetic resin is attached so as to surround the impeller, and the guide vane 30 is formed with diffuser section flow passages 31 and 32. One surface of the diffuser portion flow paths 31 and 32 is formed by a side wall member 41 of the spacer 40. The spacer 40 has a cylindrical outer peripheral member 42 extending from the outer peripheral portion of the side wall member 41 to the guide vane side, and the inner diameter surface 42a of the outer peripheral member 42 is fitted to the outer diameter surface 30a of the guide vane 30. It is configured as described above, and is fixed to the intermediate casing side wall 22 by press fitting or welding. In the figure, 9 is the main shaft, 10 is the liner ring, 34 is the return passage, 50 is the blade wheel, 51 is the impeller inlet side, and 52 is the outlet side.

FIG. 2 is a front view showing a state in which the spacer 40 is inserted and fixed inside the outer peripheral wall 21 of the intermediate casing 20. In a part of the cylindrical outer peripheral member 42 of the spacer 40, the spacer 40 is disposed in the center direction. A projecting portion 43 is formed.

FIG. 3 is a front view of the main part of the guide vane 30 as seen from the side opposite to the impeller inlet side, showing a concave portion in the middle of the passage extending from the flow passages 31 and 32 of the diffuser portion to the return passage 34. 35 is formed, and by incorporating the convex portion 43 of the cylindrical outer peripheral member 42 of the spacer 40 into the concave portion 35, the guide vane 30 is prevented from rotating.

With the above-described structure, during pump operation, the pumped-up liquid sucked from the impeller inlet 51 is discharged from the impeller outlet 52 and flows through the diffuser section flow paths 31 and 32 of the guide vane 30. Then, the pressure is recovered, the pressure passes through the guide vane concave portion 35 (FIG. 3), and the return passage 34 sends the impeller 50 to the next stage.

The diffuser section flow paths 31 and 32 are configured by the blade section 33 formed in the guide vane 30 and the spacer side wall member 41, and the outer diameter surface 30 a of the guide vane 30 is the outer circumference of the spacer 40. Since it is fitted into the inner diameter surface 40a of the member 42 and is not in direct contact with the inner surface of the intermediate casing 20, even if the guide vanes 30 are swollen and become large, the fitted portion remains Since it is only the portion of the outer peripheral member 42 of the spacer 40, the extraction work can be relatively simple.

According to this embodiment, the end surface of the opening portion of the outer peripheral wall 21 of the intermediate casing 20 and the inner diameter surface of the opening portion form the spigot fitting portion of the next stage, and the outer peripheral wall 21 and the side wall. 22 and the cylindrical portion 23, the small-diameter relief portion 24, and the flat surface portion 25, respectively, are fitted and brought into contact with each other. Therefore, as in the conventional example (FIG. 5), Since it eliminates the need for machining, the man-hours can be significantly reduced, and deformation and errors due to tightening force, processing stress, heat, etc. during processing can be eliminated, and Since it has a uniform thickness, it is relatively lightweight and can reduce costs.

FIG. 4 is an assembly cross-sectional view of a multi-stage pump to which the intermediate casing structure of the present invention is applied, in which the same reference numerals as those shown in FIGS. 1 and 6 denote the same or like parts. And In the figure, 11 is an outer casing in which each intermediate casing 1 is incorporated, 12 is a suction port, 13 is a discharge port, and 14 is a shaft sealing device.

During pump operation, the pumped-up liquid sucked from the suction port 12 is pressurized by the impeller 50 of each stage and passes through the diffuser flow passages 31 and 32 of the guide vane 30 of each stage and the return passage 34. The pressure is recovered in the meantime, and the pressure is guided to the outside through the discharge port 13.

In the above-described embodiment, between the cylindrical outer peripheral wall 21 and the side wall 22 of the intermediate casing 20, a cylindrical portion 23 having an outer diameter slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the opening portion, a small diameter relief portion 24, Although the structure including the flat surface portion 25 and the protruding portion 26 has been described, it goes without saying that the intermediate casing of the present invention is not limited to such a structure.

[Effect of the device]

As described above, according to the present invention, the side wall member that forms one surface of the flow path of the diffuser portion of the guide vane made of synthetic resin, and the cylindrical shape that extends from the outer peripheral portion of the member toward the guide vane side A spacer composed of the outer peripheral member of the guide vane is fixedly provided inside the intermediate casing, and the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical outer peripheral member of the spacer is fitted to the outer peripheral surface of the guide vane. Is fitted to the short outer periphery of the spacer to maintain concentricity, and when disassembling, only the length of the short outer periphery of the spacer needs to be pulled out, so disassembly is very easy.

Further, since the spacer is provided with the convex portion for preventing the guide vane from rotating, the casing main body for forming the convex portion for preventing rotation on the casing main body side as in the conventional example, or Since welding of the outer peripheral portion is unnecessary, the casing is not deformed, and machining of the spigot portion and the end surface is unnecessary. As a result, unnecessary wall thickness for processing is unnecessary, which enables weight reduction and cost reduction.
