Injection molding is widely used as a method for molding cosmetic containers made of synthetic resin due to its advantages such as productivity, design, and coloring freedom. Incidentally, since this type of cosmetic container is used for applications that are closely related to the aesthetic sense of the user, emphasis is placed on the appearance of the container, and decorations that are eye-catching and rich in individuality and variety are required. ing.

という問題があつた。 One method is to decorate the surface of a synthetic resin injection molded product with paper such as Japanese paper. Paper has the advantage of having a high degree of freedom in design, color, pattern, design, etc., comes in many types, and has low material costs.
Conventional methods for decorating this type of paper generally involve making a synthetic resin injection molded product and adhering the paper to this using a suitable adhesive. However, this method requires a large number of man-hours and troublesome work, resulting in high costs, and there is a problem in that good quality products cannot be obtained.

る。 As a countermeasure to this problem, it is possible to directly bond it to paper during injection molding of cosmetic containers.
However, as is well known, paper is thin, has poor strength, and is easily affected by heat. As a result, problems such as paper being damaged by the injection pressure and mixed into the resin, or sticking to the mold surface of the cavity and becoming unable to be removed occur frequently, resulting in an extremely low yield of non-defective products.

The surface layer material is placed in a mold heated to 70-80℃ and softened under pressure to preform it into a curved shape. Then, resin is injected and both the patterned paper and resin sheet layers are brought into close contact with the molded body. A method is proposed.

It is not possible to take advantage of the unique texture and feel of the skin.

This requires a step of preforming the laminated surface material into a curved shape by applying heat and pressure. For this reason, the number of manufacturing steps is large and it is extremely time-consuming, resulting in a decrease in production efficiency and an increase in manufacturing costs.

To provide a method for efficiently molding a cosmetic container made of synthetic resin directly decorated with paper in an extremely simple process at a low cost by using paper which has weak properties.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention enables injection molding of synthetic resin cosmetic containers without bonding a strip-shaped paper and a strip-shaped cloth that is stronger, more flexible, and more easily separated from the paper. The polymerized paper is stretched along the parting surface from both sides outside the mold so that it faces the injection hole, and hot-melt synthetic resin is injected through the injection hole, cooled and solidified, and then released from the mold to form a band. This is a method for peeling off the cloth.

Since the cloth 6 is not adhered to the paper 5 and neither one side is adhered to the surface of the female side 2, the cloth 6 is automatically peeled off from both the paper 5 and the mold by the mold release force. Since the cloth 6 is in the form of a band and does not wear out, it can be used repeatedly.

To prevent paper from coming into contact with the pattern surface while reinforcing the paper from behind.

This method is a suitable example for cosmetic containers that do not want the decorated surface to be rubbed or have moisture attached. That is, in this case, the female mold 2 is provided with an injection nozzle 4, and the paper 5 is placed opposite the injection nozzle 4.

They were stacked one on top of the other, and the Chiyogami paper was stretched over the female mold parting surface so that it faced the male mold (gate side), and the male mold was attached and the molds were clamped. A 5-ounce injection molding machine manufactured by Toyo Kikai Kinzoku Co., Ltd. was used as a molding machine, and ABS resin (trade name Stylac 120, manufactured by Asahi Kasei Industries, Ltd.) was injected at a resin temperature of 220°C. According to the present invention described above, when injection molding a cosmetic container made of synthetic resin, a strip-shaped paper and a strip-shaped cloth that is stronger, more flexible, and easily separated from the paper are polymerized without adhesion. Then, the paper is stretched along the parting surface from both sides outside the mold so that it faces the injection hole, and the hot melted synthetic resin is injected through the injection hole, cooled and solidified, and then released from the mold to form a strip. The method of peeling the cloth makes good use of the characteristics of paper, which has rich and elaborate colors, patterns, patterns, and unique textures, and is relatively inexpensive, while also eliminating its weak points of damage caused by injection pressure and heat of the resin. Moreover, it is possible to avoid sticking to the cavity and apply beautiful decorations, and to obtain a cosmetic container with a unique appearance and texture and high commercial value.

できるなどのすぐれた効果が得られる。 Furthermore, since both paper as a decorative material and cloth as a back-up material and mold release material are used in the form of strips, there is no need to pre-process the decorative material into a molded shape. It can be made into any shape (perfect circle, oval, square, etc.), and there is no need for any lamination process using adhesives to obtain decorative materials, so it is easy to change patterns and designs. Moreover, there is no need for any processes such as preforming, and furthermore, the back-up material and mold release material are not consumed and can be used repeatedly. Furthermore, there is no need to modify the mold in any way. For these reasons, excellent effects such as the ability to mold the above-mentioned beautiful paper-based decorative cosmetic containers with minimal steps, efficiently, and at a very low cost can be obtained.

法。1. When injection molding synthetic resin cosmetic containers, a strip of paper and a strip of cloth that is stronger, more flexible, and easier to separate from the paper are polymerized without adhesion, and the paper fits into the injection hole. The fabric is stretched along the parting surface from both sides outside the mold so that they are facing each other, and hot-melted synthetic resin is injected through the injection hole, cooled and solidified, and then released from the mold to peel off the band-shaped cloth. A molding method for paper-like decorative synthetic resin injection molded products.
