OBJECT OF THE INVENTION [Field of Industrial Application] The present invention relates to a health promoting agent enriched with minerals mainly composed of calcium. [Prior Art] In recent years, as dietary habits have improved, the intake of so-called acidic foods such as meat has increased, but on the other hand, the intake and production of small fish and shellfish that can be ingested with their bones has tended to decrease. Therefore, there is a concern that there is a lack of minerals, mainly calcium, especially in infants, children, pregnant women, and the elderly, who require calcium for the growth of teeth and bones. On the other hand, the daily calcium requirement for Japanese adults
It has been pointed out that compared to 600 to 800 mg, people only ingest an average of 500 to 600 mg in their meals, which is about 200 mg insufficient. Therefore, there is a need for the development of foods that can naturally supplement deficiencies in minerals, mainly calcium, along with foods that are consumed on a daily basis. Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a health-promoting agent enriched with minerals, mainly calcium, which is palatable and can be ingested in an extremely natural form by everyone from infants to the elderly. Structure of the Invention [Means for Solving the Problems] The health promoting agent of the present invention contains 1 to 35% by weight of dried animal or vegetable food, 25 to 40% by weight of coral sand, and 40% by weight of sweeteners such as brown sugar and lactose. ~60% by weight. As shown in Table 1, the coral sand used in the present invention has calcium carbonate (CaCo 3 ) as its main component, and contains heavy biological components such as Mg, Sr, Na,
K, P, Cl and trace amounts of Fe, Cu, Zn, Mn, Co,
Contains essential inorganic vitamin elements such as Cr and B. These elements are accumulated and formed through the life activities of reef-building corals, which are caval animals, so unlike food additives such as calcium carbonate obtained through chemical processing, they are biologically It has a chemical composition and is a safe and high-quality mineral supply source for the human body.

[Table] These are the analysis results obtained from Osaka Chemical Analysis Center Co., Ltd. for various coral sands A, C, G, A, and B. It has been discovered that coral sand finely ground into 150 to 500 mesh has an extremely pleasant texture, dissolves easily in the mouth, has no bulky texture or odor, and is easily ingested naturally. Based on this knowledge, the present invention has been developed. This was done based on the following. To produce finely divided coral sand, naturally occurring coral sand is washed to remove salt, dried and activated, and then reduced to a particle size of 150 to 500 mesh using known grinding machines such as ball mills. It should be crushed into For particles with a particle size of 350 mesh or less, the specific surface area is 4.9 m 2 /g or more,
It itself has a porous structure and is easily dissolved and absorbed in the body. Dried animal or vegetable foods include any food or processed food that is deficient in calcium and is suitable for drying. That is,
Cereals, potatoes, starches, seeds and seeds, legumes, seafood, meat, eggs, milk and dairy products, vegetables, fruits,
These include mushrooms, seaweed, and medicinal herbs. For example, grains, potatoes, and starches have a calcium content of 2 to 100 mg per 100 g, so combining them with finely ground coral sand will enhance the mineral content. Seeds and seeds, with the exception of almonds, poppy seeds, sesame seeds, etc., have low calcium content.
Beans are also low in calcium. Seafood is
With the exception of small fish such as shirasu and dried sardines, fish from which the bones have been separated are similarly low in calcium. There are many types of medicinal herbs, such as turmeric, bandirone, sarkamine, uikiyo, sucrose, amachiyazuru, and dokudami, but they have a characteristic bitterness and medicinal odor, making them difficult to eat.
In addition, vegetables, fruits, mushrooms, etc. are rich in various vitamins, but have extremely low calcium content, and have a unique flavor and sour taste. Brown sugar and lactose are added as flavoring agents and flavoring agents for the dry food, such as sourness, bitterness, and freshness, as well as for seasoning the coral sand. The health promoting agent of the present invention is manufactured in the form of fine powder, preferably granules or tablets, and in order to make it easier to ingest, the health promoting agent of the present invention is prepared in the form of 1 to 35% by weight of dried animal or vegetable food, 25 to 35% by weight of Coral Sand, as described above. The composition should consist of 40% by weight and 40-60% by weight of sweeteners such as brown sugar and lactose. Hereinafter, the present invention will be specifically explained with reference to Examples. Example 1 34 parts by weight of 350 mesh finely powdered coral sand,
A mixture consisting of 15 parts by weight of starch, 36 parts by weight of lactose, and 15 parts by weight of brown sugar was made into particles with a particle size of 18 to 60 by spray granulation.
When the granules of honeysuckle were granulated, the water content was 0.5%.
Mineral granules containing mainly calcium, which have a specific gravity of 0.68, have a pleasant texture, are delicious, and dissolve easily in the mouth were obtained. Example 2 34 parts by weight of 350 mesh finely powdered coral sand,
When a mixture consisting of 21 parts by weight of lactose, 44 parts by weight of white sugar, and 1 part by weight of turmeric was granulated into granules with a particle size of 18 to 60 mesh by the spray granulation method, the unique bitterness of turmeric was softened without losing the aroma of turmeric. It was possible to obtain mineral granules mainly composed of calcium, which have the medicinal properties of turmeric and easily dissolve in the mouth. Effects of the Invention As explained above, according to the present invention, minerals mainly composed of calcium, which tend to be deficient in daily diet, can be ingested in a natural form. In addition, the dry food ingredients mixed with Coral Sand have no off-taste or odor due to the sweeteners brown sugar and lactose, and can be used as a palatable health-promoting agent for everyone from infants to the elderly.
