Therefore, in conventional wooden buildings, rough boards, etc. are laid on the joists, fixed to the joists to assemble a wooden floor, and then floor finishing materials such as tatami or carpet are laid on top of it. However, it requires a sturdy wooden floor assembly, which is time-consuming and difficult to assemble, and because it is a wooden floor, it has shortcomings in sound insulation, heat insulation, and waterproof properties, and also requires a large beam span. It had drawbacks such as being difficult to produce and being flammable.

<Means for solving the problem> The gist of the roof or floor structure of the wooden building of the present invention is that the upper flange is formed of two angle steel members, the lower flange is also formed of two angle steel members,
and using a lattice beam as a beam material, in which a steel material bent in a zigzag shape is sandwiched and welded as a web material between two angle steel materials forming the upper flange and between two angle steel materials forming the lower flange, Fixing the reinforcing bars through the groove-like gap created on the upper flange surface by sandwiching the web between the two angle steel members of the lattice beam, and installing holes that allow the reinforcing bars to pass through at predetermined positions of the through-the-through reinforcing bars. Fix the hardware upright, and lay lightweight aerated concrete panels horizontally using the top surface of the lattice beam, and install joint reinforcing bars inserted into the holes of the mounting hardware between the panels in a direction perpendicular to the lattice beam. Furthermore, it is characterized in that all the gaps between the panels are filled with mortar joints.

The lattice beam used in this invention has an upper flange formed of two angle steel members, a lower flange also formed of two angle steel members, and a space between the two angle steel members forming the upper flange and a space between the two angle steel members forming the lower flange. It is a lattice beam in which a zigzag-shaped steel material is sandwiched between two angle-shaped steel members and welded together as a web material. A steel rod or a steel strip is used as the steel material bent in a zigzag shape.

Since such a lattice beam has a structure in which a web material is sandwiched between two angle-shaped steel members that make up the flange, a groove-shaped gap is created in the center of the flange, and the mortar poured on the top surface is poured through this groove-shaped gap. It has the disadvantage of falling to the lower floors. Therefore, in the present invention, a reinforcing bar is fixed through the gap to prevent this, and a mounting hardware having a hole through which the reinforcing bar can pass is fixed upright to the reinforcing bar that will be present at the center of the flange.

In addition, lightweight aerated concrete panels are laid horizontally using the top surface of lattice beams, joint reinforcing bars inserted through the holes of the mounting hardware are installed between the panels in a direction perpendicular to the beams, and further between the panels. By forming mortar joints in all gaps, the lightweight aerated concrete panels are integrated across the entire roof or floor, and are configured to withstand horizontal forces applied to the roof or floor.

<Function> The roof or floor structure according to the present invention uses a lattice beam having the above-mentioned structure, and this lattice beam is lighter than an H-shaped steel beam, yet has a large bending strength. Because of this, the span of the beam can be increased and it can be used effectively as a beam for wooden buildings.

Further, since a mounting hardware having a hole through which the reinforcing bar can pass is provided upright and protruding at a predetermined position of the through reinforcing bar, the joint reinforcing bar installed between the panels laid on the top surface of the lattice beam can be passed through the hole of the mounting hardware. This allows the through reinforcing bars and the joint reinforcing bars to be interconnected via the mounting hardware.
