この発明は、車両用ホイール(以下、ホイール

字状でリング状に形成されたアルミニウム合金製
の溶湯排除部材9を、そのC字状先端部19が接
触した状態で嵌め込み、その溶湯排除部材9を上
型7に保持させたまま下降させて、図面に実線で
示したように型合わせを行うことによつて、ホイ
ールの鋳造空間18にアルミニウム合金の溶湯を
注湯する。その後溶湯の凝固を待つて、上型7お
よび横型15,15をそれぞれ上昇および水平に
移動させて、金型内のホイール1を取り出すもの
であり、以上のようにして、ホイール1のリム2
とデイスク3の接合部4の内部に溶湯排除部材9
を一体に鋳包むもので、C字状先端部(溶湯排除
部材9の)19はリム内周面と面一に露出される
ものである。なお、その上型7に溶湯排除部材9
を保持させ易くするために、その上型7のデイス
ク側先端外周部17に小さな突起部(図示しな
