Is lifted and lowered by a rope 12 having a weight balancer 15 hanging down at its end, via a pulley 13 and a guide wheel 14 rotated by a drive motor (not shown). Luggage box 10 that goes up and down
6 is guided by a guide rail 31 via a guide body 30 as shown in FIG. 6 (plan view) to prevent shaking and to move up and down. The guide rail 31 is fixed to the wall with an iron angle member. On the other hand, on both sides of the luggage box 10, there are attached guide bodies 30 made of cast metal in which slidable recesses 33 are formed at the ends of the angle members. The guide body 30 moves up and down the luggage box 10 and slides on the guide rails 31 to prevent shaking.

Further, when the guide rail is installed, it is difficult to carry and center it because the material is heavy.
Furthermore, a metallic noise is generated when the guide body slides on the guide rail. Therefore, the present invention provides a small-sized elevator that eliminates such inconvenience.

Further, since the portion where the guide body slides on the guide rail is made of synthetic resin, even if the guide body slides on the guide rail, it can be gently moved up and down without generating metallic noise unlike the conventional case.

FIG. 1 shows a side cross-sectional view in which a small elevator 1 is installed in a passage 3 surrounded by four-sided walls 2, and FIG. 2 is a view taken along arrows AA of FIG. Upper and lower entrances 4a and 4b are formed in the front wall 2, and upper and lower doors 5a and 5b are installed in the entrances 4a and 4b.
When b is lifted by the handle 6 of the upper door 5a, the lower door 5b descends and is fully opened by a mechanism (not shown), and is fully closed by the opposite operation. In FIG. The lower entrance 4b shows a fully closed state. The entrance 4
An operation panel 8 is arranged above the doors a and 4b.
The luggage box 10 is a box opened at the entrance side and is hung by a rope 12, and ascends and descends via a pulley 13 and a guide wheel 14 which rotate by a drive source (not shown). In addition, rope 1
A weight balancer 15 is fixed to the other end portion of 6. Further, guide rails 16 for preventing shaking, which will be described later, are vertically provided on both sides of the luggage box 10.

The guide rail 16 is made of aluminum and is bent into a U shape, and ribs 17 for attaching to the wall 2 are formed on both sides of the lower end, and a reinforcing member 18 is integrally formed between the U-shaped portions. The ribs 17 are provided with bolt holes (not shown) that are fixed to the wall 2 at appropriate intervals. On the other hand, the guide body 20 has a substantially rectangular shape, and an attachment hole 22 for fixing the guide body 20 to the luggage box 10 is provided on the upper surface. Further, a concave portion 21 which can slide on the U-shaped portion of the guide rail 16 is formed at the opposite portion. In the present embodiment, the guide body 20 is integrally formed in the above-described shape with synthetic resin, but the recess 2 that slides with the guide rail 16 is used.
Only one may be made of synthetic resin. Next, FIG. 4 is a front view and FIG. 5 is a plan view, and shows a mounting state of the luggage box 10 and the guide. That is, the guide bodies 20 are attached to both sides of the luggage box 10, and the guide bodies 20 move up and down while sliding with the guide rails 16 to prevent the luggage box 10 from shaking. When the push button on the operation panel 8 shown in FIG. 2 is pressed,
The luggage box 10 is raised or lowered by a rope 12 via a rotating pulley 13. At this time, the guide body 20 moves up and down while sliding on the guide rail 16, but the sliding noise between the synthetic resin guide body 16 and the aluminum guide rail 16 is small and the guide body 20 moves up and down quietly.
