宜のバインダーとともに使用する。 なお磁気記録層の耐摩耗性の必要とする場合
は、その上に保護層3を設ける。 磁気記録層を設けるには、磁性材料を含有する
インキの印刷によるのがよい。すなわち第2図に
示すように、配向方向が読みとり方向と平行な上
部磁気記録層2Aをつくるには、ベタ印刷し読み
とり方向と平行な磁場の中で配向処理し乾燥すれ
ばよい。次に、第3図に示すように、配向方向が
部分的に読みとり方向に対し傾いている下部磁気
記録層2Bをつくるには、パターン印刷で一部分
を印刷し読みとり方向と平行な磁場の中で配向処
理し乾燥後、もう一方の部分を印刷し、読みとり
方向に対して傾いている磁場の中で配向処理し
て、乾燥する。あるいは、ベタ印刷を行なつて平
行な方向の磁場の中で配向したのち、乾燥に先立
つて所望の部分だけ傾いた磁場の中で配向しても
よい。傾いた方向に配向させるには、電磁石を用
いパルスを発生すればよい。 このような磁気記録層を基材に合体させる手段
の代表的なものは、以下に実施例を示す熱転写で
あるが、もちろんそのほかの手段によつてもよ
い。

−220A」(三菱化成) 3部 上記の磁性材料をグラビアコート法により保護
層上に全面コーテイングし、読みとり方向と平行
な磁場の中で配向処理し乾燥して上部磁気記録層
2Aを形成した。その上に、同じ磁性塗料をグラ
ビアコート法によるパターンコーテイングで一部
分をコートし、読みとり方向と平行な磁場の中で
配向処理し乾燥後、残りの部分をコートし、読み
とり方向に対して傾いた磁場の中で配向処理して
乾燥して、下部磁気記録層2Bを形成した。 下記の原料を配合して、ホツトメルト接着剤塗
料を調製した。 塩化ビニル/酢酸ビニル共重合樹脂「デンカラ
ツク721」(電気化学) 1部 アクリル樹脂 2部 トルエン 8部 酢酸エチル 8部 上記のホツトメルト接着剤塗料を磁気記録層上
に、グラビアコートし、厚さ10μのホツトメルト
接着層を形成した。 以上の順序で形成した転写シートを6.5mm幅に
スリツトし、カード基材に用いる厚さ100μのポ
リ塩化ビニルシートの所定の位置に熱転写し、ベ
ースフイルムであるポリエステルフイルムを剥離
した。こうして用意した磁気記録層つきのオーバ
ーシートに、ポリ塩化ビニルのセンターコア(厚
さ560μ)と、やはりポリ塩化ビニルのオーバー
シート(厚さ100μ)とをこの順に重ね、150℃、
25Kg/cm2の条件で加熱加圧して積層し、仕上げ、
打抜きを行ない、縦86mm、幅54mm、厚さ0.76mmの
カードを得た。 なお、保護層と磁気記録層の間に着色層を設け
てもよいし、着色層と磁気記録層の間に、蒸着層
を設けてもよい。 考案の効果 本考案の磁気記録媒体をもつカードは、外部か
らは磁気記録層が2層構造になつていることがわ
からないから、偽造困難である。記録した情報を
在来の構造の磁気記録カードにコピーして前記し
た2種の磁気ヘツドの組み合わせでデータを読み
とつても、第4図および第5図に示すような出力
波形があらわれないから、偽造品であることが直
ちにわかり、排除できる。 上部磁気記録層と下部磁気記録層とを同じ磁性
材料で形成するので、カードの製造が容易であ
る。
