Abstract

PURPOSE:To intercouple a plurality of approximate elliptic roller floating bodies and to perform free layout by a method wherein loosely inserting pin floating bodies in the approximate elliptic roller floating body having a difference in a level and placing a deck plate, in the back of which stepped engaging holes are formed, is placed on the roller floating body and the pin floating bodies. CONSTITUTION:Cylinder pin floating bodies 2 are loosely inserted in an approximate elliptic roller floating body 1 having a difference (t) in a level. A deck plate 4 in the back of which a stepped engaging holes 3 are formed is placed thereon. The stepped engaging hole 3 has two-stage structure of a through-holes 5 and a large hole 6. During floating thereof, a difference in a draft between the roller floating body 1 and the pin floating body 2 forms the difference (t) in a level and the upper surface level of the pin floating body 2 is higher than the upper surface level of the roller floating body 1 by size equivalent to the difference in a level. When the deck plate is placed thereon, the head part of the pin floating body 2 protruded by the difference (t) in a level is fitted in the large hole 6 of the deck plate 4. The fitting-in prevents the deck plate 4 from being displaced in a horizontal direction.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventional pontoons made of concrete are made into a one-piece concrete structure even if they are large in size. This is because in the connection method, stress concentrates on the connection portion and is likely to become a weak point. In some cases, small concrete structures like satellites are moored to this pontoon and used as booths for ships, etc. However, pontoons, which are large so-called large span structures, are moored independently on the sea. Only use it.

However, the large pontoons are made of prestressed concrete to ensure quality, and to deal with various restrictions that occur due to their large size, such as handling during transportation / launch and maintenance of the receiving environment. A solution was needed. The present invention not only solves these problems, but also provides an interconnectable pontoon so as to contribute to the trend of beach leisure expansion. The pontoons that can be interconnected can be freely changed into the form of a breakwater fence or the form of a satellite harbor according to the time of interconnection and the normal time.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. A cylindrical pin levitation body (2) is loosely inserted into a roller levitation body (1) having a substantially ellipsoidal shape with a step (t). In this case, the material of the roller levitation body (1) and the pin levitation body (2) may be made of concrete with foamed polystyrene sealed in the core part. The step (t) is provided by the difference (diffusional force adjustment) between the water-driving distance of the roller levitation body (1) and the water-driving distance of the pin levitation body (2). In the embodiment disclosed herein, the step (t) is (T) = Large insertion hole (6) of step insertion hole (3) described later
Set to the height of. A roller pontoon is characterized in that a deck plate (4) having a step fitting hole (3) on the back surface is placed on the roller levitation body (1) and the pin levitation body (2). The step insertion hole (3) has a two-step structure of a through hole (5) and a large insertion hole (6). The deck plate (4) is a fan, a pentagon, or the like formed by dividing a rectangle, a circle, or a hexagon into three. Further, on the side surface of the deck plate (4), there is provided a shredded fitting hole (7) into which H steel used as shredded can be inserted. still,
A shredder is a key member that is inserted into a joint to tightly bond two materials. A cushioning member (9) made of a material such as wood may be installed in the expansion joint. A lid may be installed on the through hole (5).

When the cylindrical pin levitation body (2) is loosely inserted into the substantially ellipsoidal roller levitation body (1) and floated on the sea, the roller levitation body (1) and the pin levitation body (2) are planned in advance. The difference in the water-driving distance becomes a step (t), and the level of the upper surface of the pin floating body (2) becomes higher than that of the roller floating body (1) by that much. When the deck plate (4) is placed on the roller levitation body (1) and the pin levitation body (2), the head of the pin levitation body (2) protruding by the step (t) is Fit in the large insertion hole (6) of the plate (4). Due to this fitting, the deck plate (4) is placed on the roller levitation body (1) without causing horizontal displacement.

In the above-described embodiment according to the present invention, since the step (t) is set to the height of the large insertion hole (6) of the step insertion hole (3), the back surface of the deck plate (4) is set. (Except for the step fitting hole (3)), it abuts on the upper surface of the roller floater (1). The step insertion hole (3) has a two-step structure of a through hole (5) and a large insertion hole (6). The large insertion hole (6) engages the head of the pin floater (2) with an impact, and the through hole (5) applies a load to the head of the pin floater (2) from outside to make the pin floater (2).
Is used to push down against buoyancy. In this way, when the pin float (2) is pushed down and the upper surface of the head and the upper surface of the roller float (1) are aligned with each other, the fault between the roller float (1) and the deck plate (4) is generated. It is possible to match and deliberately shift both of them horizontally.

As shown in FIG. 4, H is placed in the shredded fitting hole (7).
By inserting the steel shreds (8), the two deck plates (4) can be joined together, and the pin float body (2) head is inserted into the large insertion hole (6) of the deck plate (4). It complements all the locking.

As a result, one independent pontoon can be made into a kind of link, and a plurality of these can be connected to construct a large satellite harbor on the sea. Moreover, the layout of the satellite harbor is free, and it is possible to incorporate design concepts that match the environment of the beach to be installed. In addition, although storming occurs at sea, at that time, the connection form of the pontoons can be temporarily transformed into a wave fence form to protect the ship from storming. This pontoon makes it possible to construct a flexible large satellite harbor, which can flexibly absorb loads such as bending due to wave forces and does not cause damage due to stress concentration. Small parts can be easily transported, and can be easily assembled and disassembled.
