プ摺接面に角状の窓部2が穿設されている。第6
図は断面図で、図において、3は磁性材料から成
るほぼコ字状に形成された一対の磁気コア、4は
ボビンで、このボビン4は合成樹脂等により両端
部に端子5を埋設した鍔部4aを設けて角筒状に
形成され、胴部4bにはコイル6が巻回されてい
る。このボビン4に前記磁気コア3の後端部3a
の一部を挿入し、両磁気コア3を突き合わせて一
体化し、磁気コア3の先端部にはフロントギヤツ
プ7を形成し、磁気コア3、ボビン4等から成る
組立体を構成している。その後、前記組立体を前
記シールドケース1内に挿入し、樹脂を注入して
乾燥し、磁気テープ摺接面を研摩して磁気ヘツド
