(Function) Such a deburring and polishing machine places the workpieces on each worktable by placing the workpieces on the worktables on the rotary table, which is partially exposed from the recessed part of the box. If the work tables are placed one after another and the work tables are rotated and revolved by the rotation of the rotary table, and the dust collector of the brush polishing device is driven, the workpieces on each work table can be placed on the ceiling of the polishing room. While passing under the rotating brush of the installed brush polishing device, the entire surface is polished by the rotating brush, and after passing through the rotating brush of a predetermined set of brush polishing devices and finishing the polishing, the first rotation is made by one rotation of the rotary table. The workpieces are then returned to the recess at the position of , and taken out. Then, the workpieces are sequentially sent into the polishing chamber and polished continuously. During this time, the dust generated during the polishing process is sucked into a dust collector. removed.

On the other hand, the motor 42 is driven to rotate the ball screw 40 via the pulley 43, the winding transmission member 44, and the pulley 41, thereby raising and lowering the elevating body 48 via the nut 52 and the bracket 51. The height of the brush 60 at the tip of the brush 60 is made to correspond to the height of the object S to be processed. After that, the motor 56 is driven and the pulley 5
7. The brush rotating shaft 54 is rotated at a high speed of about 1000 revolutions per minute via the winding transmission member 58 and the pulley 55, and the turbo blower 9 is started to operate the dust collector 8.
Activate. When the work table 18 is moved from the polishing chamber 2 through the opening 5 to the attachment/detachment station A outside the polishing chamber 2 through the operations of the above-mentioned parts, the pulley 21 disengages from the winding transmission member 35 and rotates. will be stopped. There, the workpiece S is placed, and then this work table 18 is passed through the opening 4 into the polishing chamber 2 by rotation of the rotary table 10.
and enters the polishing station B where the brush polishing device 36 is located, and the pulley 21
The engagement between the winding transmission member 35 and the winding transmission member 35 is started, and the work table 18 is rotated again. As a result, the workpiece S is polished by the rotary brush 60 which is rotating at high speed while being rotated on its own axis, passes through the brush portion, is rotated to the next polishing station B, and is brush-polished again. Thereafter, the workpiece S is finished while rotating and revolving on the work table 18 and the rotary table 10, and finally is returned to the desorption station A outside the polishing chamber 2 through the opening 5 together with the work table 18. At the same time, the rotation is stopped as described above. Here, the polished workpiece S on the work table 18 is removed and the next workpiece S is placed on the work table 18,
The polishing operation continues continuously. During this time, the dust-laden air containing dust generated in the polishing chamber 2 is discharged from the polishing chamber 2 by the suction airflow acting through the exhaust conduit 7 by the turbo blower 9 of the dust collector 8, and the dust and the like are removed. and is exhausted to the outside as clean air. Note that the position of the rotating brush 60 of the brush polishing device 36 can be changed by sliding the base 37 appropriately depending on the size of the object S to be processed, and if the brush portion of the rotating brush 60 is worn out, it can be changed by changing the position of the rotating brush 60 of the brush polishing device 36. The detection device rotates the motor 42, and the proximity switch 47 automatically feeds it to a predetermined position. Further, the connection to the dust collector 8 may be made from the side of the polishing chamber 2, and furthermore, the work table 18 is
However, it can be increased or decreased as needed.

(Effects of the Invention) As is clear from the above description, in the present invention, when an object to be processed is placed on a work table using a detachment station outside the box, it is sent into the box and rotates on the polishing station by the brush polishing device. The entire surface is polished accurately during this period, and the polishing process is extremely efficient and can be done in a short time.In addition, it is a circulation system using a rotary table, and there is only one attachment/detachment station in the recessed part of the box. It is convenient to be able to place and remove objects to be processed on the work table at the same time.Furthermore, since the brush polishing device is installed on the ceiling of the polishing room, the entire unit can be compactly assembled. It occupies a relatively small amount of space, and the dust generated in the polishing chamber is removed by suction by the dust collector, so the work environment is maintained in a good condition. This deburring and polishing machine has greatly contributed to the development of the industry.
