Abstract

PURPOSE:To enhance the service during elevator operation by acknowledging voices, entering signals given by a voice print sensing/distinguishing means, intra-cage load sensing means, and cage call sensing means, performing computa tion, and driving a speaker with a volume adjusting means. CONSTITUTION:A voice acknowledging means 5 acknowledges voices of a passenger or passengers in an elevator cage picked up by a microphone 4, and a voice print is sensed by a voice print sensing means 6 and fed into a microcomputer 12. A talk sensing means 7 judges whether voice prints of two or more persons are included. Another judgement is made to know whether the input value from an intra-cage load sensing device 8 to the microcomputer 12 is over a certain specified level. A volume restricting means 9 for back ground music is actuated with checking with voice and confirmation with the load, and a back ground music is broadcasted with a volume lowered by a volume adjusting device 2. The microcomputer 12 enters a signal given by a cage call sensing means 10 to serve judging whether or not cage call exists, and after elapse of a certain period since the last cage call went out, a volume restriction disengaging means 11 is actuated to cause restitution to the normal volume.

Regarding the selection and change of the BGM broadcast time and the number of songs, for example, as disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 12575/1983, there is a clock circuit that generates a time signal, and a clock circuit that stores the melodies of various songs. There is a melody generator for elevators that allows you to select and change the melody based on a time signal from the elevator, and drives a speaker to drive the selected melody via a melody generator circuit based on the elevator operating signal. .

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, in the above-mentioned elevator broadcasting device, it is possible to select a plurality of stored melodies during the operating hours for each day of the week and each time slot of the day and broadcast BGM. However, the volume is set to a certain level, so if the volume is set to a certain level, the passengers in the elevator car There was a problem in that it was sometimes difficult for passengers to hear each other's conversations due to the BGM, and the BGM broadcasts were annoying to the passengers during the conversation.

[Function] In the elevator broadcasting system of the present invention, the conversation which is stored in the microcomputer is generated by the output signal of the means for recognizing voice and detecting and identifying the voiceprint and the means for detecting the load in the car. The detection function determines whether or not there is a conversation, and based on the output signal of the means for detecting the presence or absence of a car call, a calculation is performed for canceling the volume limit, which is also stored, and this calculation and the above-mentioned determination regarding the conversation are performed. Based on the output signal from the microcomputer based on the calculation result of the volume limiting function based on the above, the volume adjusting means operates to increase or decrease the volume of the microphone.

[Effects of the Invention] As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to detect the voiceprints of multiple passengers in an elevator car, determine that this is a conversation, and further check the presence or absence of multiple passengers based on the load inside the car. By doing so, the volume of the BGM broadcast from the speaker is lowered, and when a predetermined period of time has elapsed after the volume has been lowered and there are no more car calls, the lowered volume state is canceled and the BGM broadcast returns to the normal volume. Therefore, it becomes easier to hear the conversations between passengers in the elevator car while the elevator is going up and down, which has the effect of improving the service during elevator operation.
