The currently widely used frame scaffolding uses a gate-shaped building frame. That is, as shown in Fig. 1, a plurality of gate-shaped building frames 1 are arranged in parallel at predetermined intervals along the outer surface of the building frame, etc., and braces 2, 2 are placed between adjacent ones. The horizontal land member 2 is placed at the top of the building frame after being stabilized in the horizontal direction.
Scaffolding board 3 is stretched between a and 2a, and this is set as the lowest stage.A similar structural unit is installed on top of this by connecting the building frames 1 and 1, and this is repeated for the required number of stages until it is placed on the topmost building frame 1. A post 4 is erected and a handrail 5 is set on it.

The frame scaffold of this invention is an attempt to solve this safety problem, and in particular, by adding innovations to the shape of the building frame, braces, and handrail structure, it has improved safety and ease of handling in terms of assembly and disassembly work. It is characterized by ensuring the following.

以下、本考案を図面に基いて説明する。 Hereinafter, the present invention will be explained based on the drawings.

FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing a framework scaffolding according to an embodiment of the present invention. In the same figure, indicates the lowest scaffolding structural unit, which consists of a plurality of building frames 6 arranged in parallel along the outer surface of the building and scaffolding boards 3 constructed between adjacent building frames. Be prepared. An H-shaped frame is used for this building frame 6. That is, it has a pair of construction members 6b, 6c and a horizontal material member 6a that connects the substantially middle portions of both members, and the scaffold board 3 is constructed on the horizontal material member 6a. A jack base 7 is attached to the lower end of the building material 6b of the lowest building frame 6.

The frame scaffolding of the present invention has a structure in which similar structural units are installed on top of the lowermost tier by a required number of tiers by means of a joint structure between the construction members of the building frame 6. In addition, the joint structure is based on construction material 6.
Generally, a pin 6d is attached to the upper end of b, 6c to be inserted into the lower end of the construction member immediately above.

Both 8 1 and 8 2 are rigid frames that have the functions of both a handrail and a brace (strength member). In other words, the rigid frame is the building material 6 on the outside (on the side opposite to the building side) of the adjacent H-shaped building frames of each stage.
Construction members 6 between b and 6b and inside (building side)
between c and 6c, respectively, are provided on the upper side of the scaffold board 3 level (the outer one is 8 1 ,
(The inner one is indicated by 8 2 ). Since this rigid frame must also function as a brace, it must include at least a rectangular frame made of a round tube, a square tube, or the like. All of them have a rectangular frame as a base, and from the viewpoint of strength, for example, as shown in Fig. 2, and furthermore, as shown in Fig. 3 A to C, there are Preferably, a reinforcing member 11 is added. However, regarding the inner rigid frame 82 , it is preferable that the number of reinforcing members 11 be at least as simple as possible, as shown in FIG. 2 or 3, so as not to interfere with work on the wall surface of the building. Regarding the outer rigid frame 81 , there is no need to take such consideration, and only the scaffolding strength needs to be considered. The incorporated structure can also be adopted without any problem. Note that a curing sheet may be attached to the outer rigid frame 81 to prevent it from falling.

Such a rigid frame has mounting pieces 10 with through holes protruding from the upper and lower positions of the vertical members on both the left and right sides thereof,
Each of the mounting pieces 10 is attached to the building material 6b (or 6c) by being engaged with a locking fitting 9 provided facing inward. This locking fitting 9
A locking pawl 9b elastically protrudes from a short shaft 9a, and the locking pawl 9b prevents the attachment piece 10 fitted into the shaft 9a from coming out.

The framework scaffold of the present invention, which has the above structure,
It is assembled and installed as follows. That is,
First, a plurality of building frames 6 at the lowest level are installed, a scaffold board 3 is erected thereon, and then outer and inner rigid frames 8 1 and 8 2 are set from within the scaffold. Next, the second tier building frame 6 is connected to the bottom tier building frame 6, and the scaffolding boards 3 are erected in the same manner as described above, and in this way, the tiers are erected one by one from the bottom. When dismantling it, the process is completely reversed, starting at the top and working downwards.

In such assembly and disassembly work, the worker stands on each scaffolding board 3 and installs or removes the building frame 6 on the tier directly above the tier, just as in the case of conventional gate-type building frames 1. It is necessary to carry out this work, but all of this work for each step must be done with the rigid frames 8 1 and 8 2 that serve as handrails on the step being worked on, making it highly safe. The work will be done under certain conditions.

Furthermore, in the framework scaffold of the present invention, the rigid frame 8 1 ,
8 2 maintains the horizontal rigidity of each tier, in other words, serves as a brace in the framework scaffolding, and the structure using this rigid frame is able to maintain the horizontal rigidity of each tier, and as shown in the example in Figure 1, the construction of adjacent building frames It is possible to obtain a brace 2 that is comparable in strength to the brace 2 that spans substantially the entire surface between the members.

Moreover, this rigid frame is located above the level of the scaffolding board 3 at each stage, so that a worker standing on the scaffolding board 3 can easily attach and detach the scaffolding in a comfortable position. Furthermore, since the rigid frame functions not only as a brace but also as a handrail, there is no need for a separate handrail, which saves time and effort.

Furthermore, the framework scaffold of the present invention has an additional advantage in that it does not require the work of setting the handrail support 4 at the top step as shown in the example of FIG.

As explained above, the frame scaffold of the present invention not only guarantees high safety during assembly and disassembly work, but also has excellent workability and high reliability in terms of strength. The value is extremely great.
