Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the material cost and shorten the working time and repair working time by forming a metal film on the surface of a composite-material panel, and further by forming a film of coating for metal on the coated surface. CONSTITUTION:An aluminum film 4 is formed on the surface of a composite- material panel 1 and a layer 6 of coating for metal is formed on the aluminum film 4 through a layer 5 of primer for metal. Manufacturing is performed by forming the aluminum film 4 by a chemical depositing method on the surface of the composite-material panel 1, then by coating the surface of the aluminum film 4 with primer 5 for metal and the coating 6 for metal which are similar to those applied to the aluminum surface of panels made of aluminum alloy. Increased moisture protection is secured since the surface of the composite- material panel 1 is coated with an aluminum film, which interrupts outside water.

(2) The surface facing the outside air is not sufficiently moisture-proof with the current primer and paint, and as shown in Figure 3, there is a difference between A and B, which are coated with primer and paint at the initial stage. As time passes, both of them absorb moisture, and the coated version A and the uncoated version B become in the same state, and the glass transition temperature decreases, which may cause problems such as peeling during operation.

本発明は上記の課題を解決しようとするものである。The present invention seeks to solve the above problems.

In the panel ζ of the present invention, the metal coating provided on the surface of the composite panel blocks moisture from the outside, improving moisture resistance, and also allows the application of metal paint, so it can be used outside of aircraft, etc. The same paint can be applied to the rest of the surface,
This makes it possible to save material costs and shorten work time.Furthermore, since it is possible to use a solvent when repairing the painting, repair becomes easier and the time required for repair work can be shortened.

The thickness of the aluminum coating 4 formed by the above CVD is 0.
A thickness of about 2μ is easy to form, but a thickness of about 5μ is required to make the surface properties of the panel similar to those of metal, so the vapor deposition process is repeated several times.
