のボルト取付構造において、 前記ボルト埋込用凹部は、前記圧入部の長さよ
り深い段付き穴で構成されることにより、凹部開
口側に設けられ前記圧入部の外径と略等しいか若
干小さい穴径を有すると共に深さが圧入部の長さ
より浅い大径穴部と、この大径穴部の奥方に連通
して設けられ大径穴部より小さい穴径を有する小
径穴部とからなり、この小径穴部と大径穴部との
段差部が圧入時の溶け代部を形成し、また凹部底
面には合成樹脂製部材の内部に連通する空気抜き
穴が形成されていることを特徴とする合成樹脂製
