口の底部でダンパを介して室外側熱交換器フアン
室と連通しタイマ等で断続的に上記ダンパが開い
て室外側熱交換器用フアンの作動により強制的に
換気を行なう空調機であり1台で冷房、暖房、除
湿、脱臭、脱煙、脱埃、換気等と多目的を達する
トイレ空調機を提供するものである。

すると同時に室外側熱交換器4の冷却用室外空気
を室外空気吸込用ダクト7より吸込み室外側熱交
換器4で熱交換した後室外空気吐出用ダクト8よ
り室外に排出し一連の冷凍サイクルを繰り返して
トイレ部屋の冷房を行なう。暖房運転時には上記
の冷凍サイクルをヒートポンプ式に切替えるか、
また電気式ヒータ(図示せず)を室内空気吐出口
21の附近に設置しトイレ部屋の暖房を行なう。
また除湿時には冷凍サイクルと暖房用の電気ヒー
タを組合せて除湿を行なうか、高温冷媒による再
熱器(図示せず)で冷却除湿された空気を加熱し
た除湿運転を行なう。またトイレ部屋の臭気及び
タバコの煙、埃等は室内空気吸込口14、エアフ
イルター15を経て脱臭脱煙装置16でほぼ完全
に浄化され室内空気吐出口21より清涼な空気と
なつて吐出される。次に、吸覚上は臭わなくとも
完全に脱臭することはむずかしいので、より清涼
な空気とするためトイレ部屋を換気する。換気
は、室内側熱交換器11の吸込口17の底部のシ
キリ板10に設置されているダンパ18をタイマ
等によつて断続的に開閉して、シキリ板10の穴

また空調機のサーモOFF時及び運転停止時でも
電源スイツチ投入状態であれば上記のタイマ等の
作動によりダンパ18が開くと同時に室外側熱交
換器用フアン5が作動して上記の換気を行なう。
従つて、トイレ部屋内はいつも清涼な空気で、さ
らに吐出される空気も浄化されているため、室外
での臭気もなく他人に迷惑を掛けない換気、脱臭
方法でありその効果は大である。

の機能を充分発揮し多目的を達しその効果は大で
ある。
