房を行なう。暖房運転時には上記の冷凍サイクル
をヒートポンプ式に切替えるか、また電気式ヒー
タ(図示せず)を室内空気吐出口25の附近に設
置しトイレ部屋の暖房を行なう。また除湿時には
冷凍サイクルと暖房用の電気ヒータを組合せて除
湿を行なうか、高温冷媒による再熱器(図示せ
ず)で冷却除湿された室内空気を加熱して除湿運
転を行なう。また脱臭脱煙装置16については使
用中に人体29の体重によつて便座23のマイク
ロスイツチ24が作動し、脱臭脱煙装置16の吸
込口17の底部のダンパ18が開いて室内側熱交
換器用フアン12の回転により穴22、ダクト1
9を経て便器21内の臭気及びダバコの煙、埃等
が吸込口17に吸引されエアフイルター15d及
び脱臭脱煙装置16で過される。また一部のタ
バコの煙、埃等はエアフイルター15a、エアフ
イルター15d及び脱臭脱煙装置16で過され
て室内空気吐出口25より清浄な空気となつてト
イレ部屋内を循環する。また便器使用後の臭気及
びタバコの煙、埃等はエアフイルター15a、エ
