（産業上の利用分野）
この考案は、自動車等においてドアトリム等の
基材に内装パネルを固定する際に使用される固定

（問題点を解決するための手段）
この考案は上記問題点を解消するためになされ
たもので、その要旨は、パネル本体の表面に装飾
用表皮が被覆されてなる内装パネルを板金製クリ
ツプを介して基材に固定する装置において、上記
クリツプは、背板部と、この背板部の両側辺に段
差部を介して連結され背板部と平行に延びる腕部
と、背板部の他の辺から腕部の突出する側へ背板
部に対して垂直に延びる爪部とを有し、上記基材
には上記クリツプの爪部が挿通可能な直線状のス
リツトが形成され、上記パネル本体には上記クリ
ツプ固定用の略コ字形のスリツトが形成されると
ともに、このスリツトに囲まれて舌部が形成され
ており、而して、上記クリツプは、その背板部を
パネル本体の舌部と予めこのパネル本体に被覆さ
れた装飾用表皮との間に挿入し、段差部をパネル
本体のスリツトに挿入し、腕部をパネル本体の裏
面に沿つて配置することによつて内装パネルに固
定され、内装パネルは、その裏面から突出するク
リツプの爪部を基材のスリツトに挿通し基材の裏
面に沿つて折り曲げることによつて基材に固定さ
れていることを特徴とする内装パネル固定装置に
